Really good sandwiches but exceptionally bad customer service. Ordered a chicken Caesar wrap online only to be told they don’t make it in the store and had to ask for a refund or replacement - fix your online menu then that is not my fault. The guy at the front attempted to open and touch my other sandwich to see if it was the wrap or other order. Second awful experience in a row after having my money taken July 4th and had to call several times for a refund after being promised one. Most likely will not be back.
This place has the best hoagie in Denver, for sure. Great quality ingredients and just the most delicious bread! Staff is killer, too. Super nice and accommodating!

I've eaten here before once or twice and have really enjoyed the experience, but yesterday my girlfriend and I split a soggy sandwich from here. We then got some of the worst food poisoning I've ever experienced. I will never eat here again. Absolutely horrible experience.
