Overall a great experience. We felt a bit rushed, and there wasn't enough room to accommodate our planned reservation. But, still happy, and will go back.

To celebrate the life of my father, a man who loved hibachi and often took us to hibachi restaurants when my brothers and I were young, my daughter CALLED this restaurant to make certain we could come with my grandchildren for a celebration. We were given a reservation for 7pm, and arrived on time. At least 60 adults were seated as we waited for a table. I ordered a glass of rosé while we waited, and was handed a $14 glass of spoiled red and white wine mixed together. It was undrinkable. We continued waiting until 30 minutes past our reservation, which was for 7pm, and at 7:30 we again asked about being seated and were told they were still “cleaning a table” for us, AND they didn’t know how much longer it would be for us to be seated. In total, it was a shocking experience which I cannot recommend to anyone.

Beware‼️‼️

They charged me a $7 “service fee” without saying anything. I was by myself, not with a big party. If I hadn’t called to check the price, they wouldn’t have said anything. Basically tipped themselves without telling me. Pretty sure that’s theft.

Also, there was a hair in my food and their excuse was “we leave the front doors open so hair can fly in” …what??

Terribly slow service. Go anywhere else but here.

I ordered online and realized after ordering that it was the wrong Mt. Fuji. I immediately called the restaurant to cancel and was told I had to cancel online but there’s no where online to cancel. I called the restaurant back and was told someone would reach out to me. Someone called I guess the online order people. They said that the order had already been made so I couldn’t cancel. I told them that I had just ordered and there was no way that the order was ready that fast. He asked me to text a screenshot to show that I had called the restaurant to cancel. I sent the screenshot and he said we’ll be in touch. I visit this restaurant often when I have clients in town but will definitely not be patronizing them and will be sure and encourage my colleagues not to. Very disappointed at the lack of customer service.

Extreme tight quarters, they try to pack as many people possible at each table, if you are a bigger guy Goodluck. Everyone there is very nice.

The Hibachi cook was great and very entertaining. The service was great and the food was delicious. However, this restaurant is very run down and dirty. The curtains leading to the kitchen and bathroom are disgusting. The walls need to be cleaned (very dusty) and repainted. The tools on the Hibachi cart seemed old and dirty. The dirty atmosphere affected the quality of the dining experience.

Food was just OK compared to other hibachi grills we've been too and this was the most expensive hibachi we've had.

The show they put while cooking is great and the food tasted fine but what I found disturbing is the chef we got was coughing the entire time he would use his hand to cover his mouth and at times he wouldn’t even cover his mouth. Another thing I noticed is our chef had a runny nose you could see it. Come on at least wear a mask!! It should be protocol he’s cooking people’s food. The next incident I know it was a mistake but the kitchen started cleaning while there was still customers there we were sitting right in front of the kitchen and water starting coming out of the kitchen, a puddle was forming and let me tell you that water was black of how dirty the floors were. Not just that someone could have slipped while walking out of the restaurant.

I called to see what time lunch was over as my daughter was joining me and wanted to make sure we had enough money! The guy that answered the phone said dinner started at 6:30!!!!! Me my daughter and grandkids met up and sat down! When the server came over I explained we were told dinner started at 6:30 not 3 as printed on the menu and they needed to make sure whoever answered the phone knew correct information! The server said he couldn’t do anything about it and I said that’s fine no worries just inform your misinform consumers when calling! He asked did I call the right location! I ensured him I did and even pulled up my call log to show him! He half took our order and stormed off without even getting our drinks. The attitude was so bad my family and I decided to leave! I will not spend all that money cause it is pricey and deal with attitude because your staff misinformed a frequent and paying customer! They’ve lost my business FOR GOOD! I DO NOT TOLERATE BAD SERVICE ESPECIALLY WHEN I TIP AND SPEND WELL!!!! Beware! We’re going to another hibachi for lunch????one monkey don’t stop our grub!!!
