We reserved for hibachi on a Saturday night and had someone with celiac and someone with a shellfish allergy in our party. We informed when booking the reservation, informed the server who took our order and told the chef. They were very careful with the shellfish allergy but not with the gluten allergy. We've been to other hibachi restaurants where they accommodated easily. They didn't prepare the gluten free meal separately and it wasn't safe for her to eat what was all made on the same grill. The rest of our food was great and we had a fun time but we were a little disappointed that one of the people in our party couldn't eat.

First Time at this restaurant, we made a reservation for 10 ppl at 6:30pm. We waited hour and a half with no food.. A table came after us got their food before us. I was extremely disappointed , With no logic explanation of the delay , We left the place.and
will never go back again. !!

I went here and although fun there are some things to note. I told them clearly I am allergic to mushrooms. My soup arrived, clearly there are mushrooms in it. I say to the guy there is a fee mushroom slices in here, he says “you don’t like mushroom” I again say I am allergic. They cook the food we have to tables as it is a big group for a birthday. So I cannot watch everything, I have been sick and rashes everywhere could not figure out. So I go get my leftovers out of fridge and guess what? Although not many apparently a few mushrooms got in my food. So I call my sister and she said she had mushrooms and they cooked are food in the same side. Lighting in there not the best and you mix it all together and maybe they did not mean to get some in there but oh my gosh I am going to have a long misserable weekend d and I told them no even small piece if mushroom more than once. So if you have deadly allergies dont go!
Also they rush you, we were not even done ordering susi and other apps and drinks when the rude female lady was demanding our hibachi orders. I spent about $160 after my food and appetizers drinks, etc. to be rushed and to get extremely sick so I have to give them a 1 sorry

Only reason this place gets a 4-star in Service is due to Jose and the Busser that helped us.

As a frequent supporter of small business, I rarely write negative reviews. Nevertheless, my family's frequent visits to celebrate special occasions, such as birthdays, anniversaries or family dinners, Mt Fuji has always been our go to. Last night's birthday celebration for our friend was enhanced by Jose's exceptional skills and warm hospitality. The busser ensured seamless
service as well, although I did not catch his name. He ensured our needs were met. However, the manager, who I believe is named Sol or Solo, publicly reprimanded the busser in front of our party for being attentive to our needs. We had limited interactions with our waitress as we only saw her at the beginning, maybe once in the middle of our drinks and then at the end of our dinner when she asked how we were going to divide our checks. Consequently, we relied on the busser for additional request, such as napkins, water, sauce, and assistance in locating our waitress to order more drinks. Mr. Manager then informed chef Jose that another party of 2 was waiting, while our party consisted of 9 individuals. How do I know this? Because Mr. Manager said it loud enough for my entire party to hear. The manager seemed irritated that chef Jose was taking too long to engage with our party. I found it unprofessional for the manger to address these issues with his employees in front of customers. Towards the end of our dinner, our entire party felt uncomfortable requesting assistance from the busser or Jose due to the manager's public reprimand. Mt. Fuji, I encourage you to improve your service. Reprimanding your employees in front of customers is NEVER okay for business.

Chef Jose made the experience incredible. Definitely recommend going just for the experience. Definitely not the best hibatchi taste wise (the yum yum sauce is like a spicy honey mustard that could use some reworking).

The teriyaki sauce is amazing! Great show and great food. Consistent food preparation so you know what to expect when it comes to their high quality.

I've visited this hibachi grill several times and have truly enjoyed the meals. The last visit was no exception. Our chef, Jose, was a real riot. Funny and entertaining, yet professional with his cooking skills. Prices range from 31.99 for chicken and shrimp and go up from there depending on the protein. Salad and soup are included with every meal. They do not have a dessert menu but catered to my nephew because of his birthday, to which I appreciate. We had a party of eleven, and several got separate checks. When our bill came up, we noticed they had a service fee of $14, we assumed it was the tip since it was a large party. We didn't leave an additional tip, so I really hope Jose got a portion of that fee. This location is near the downtown area and in a good central location. We will definitely return.

We went to Mt. Fuji tonight for my birthday dinner. I was surprised and pretty appalled by how dirty this restaurant was. I read reviews before going and didn’t see this mentioned by anyone else. There was no AC, the fans were filthy, the bathrooms were gross, and in hindsight I shudder to think about what the kitchen would be like. Our chef was kind and funny and the food was a B (over peppered and salted) but now I feel sick thinking about it. It was also really weird walking in and seeing take out containers, cleaning supplies, etc right out on display. Unfortunately, I can’t get back the $300 we spent for dinner for 7, but next time we’ll take our business elsewhere.

I love this location and usually go for my birthday but this year I was shocked to see the service fees added to my bill. Usually when going here I know it'll be a little pricey but you get what you pay for when you get the hibachi experience but with taxes/service fees it's ridiculous in Denver County. I won't come back to this specific location but hopefully I can find a different one that's affordable.

Food is good but I have never been seated at my actual reservation time. Last time I was roughly 40 minutes behind!

This is a great restaurant and the food was good quality and well prepared. It’s the dinner and a show concept similar to other well known chains. Super fun. Pricey but to be expected for this type of restaurant.

So I’ve been buying sushi from this restaurant for a good while, and haven’t ever had anything big to say in a negative manner. Always has been reliable with ordering delivery or dining in, but I ordered today and changed my mind. I always get their sashimi 3 piece per order, and decided to do the lunch sashimi with soup. I’ve never had anything big to issue with the quality of fish from this place until today, and I’m deeply disappointed. I had to stop after a couple pieces and I’m a bit worried about if I’m getting sick. Hadn’t gotten food from here in awhile so maybe management or something changed, but I’m not sure I’ll be ordering again after being a consistent customer for about 4 years now.
