Narrative, located inside The Jacquard Hotel in Cherry Creek, delivers an excellent dining experience with a fall menu that is both creative and accessible. The shrimp cocktail, tartare trio, and smashed burger were all highlights, but the cookies and cream dessert was truly memorable, perfectly baked and incredibly satisfying. The tomato tartare was another surprising standout.

The service was warm and attentive, and the atmosphere feels refined yet comfortable. Whether you are celebrating something special or simply looking for a great dinner in Cherry Creek, Narrative is a fantastic choice.

Underrated dinner spot! I found this place by accident walking around Cherry Creek with a friend a few years ago, and I’ve been back several times since then. The ambiance is great, especially around the holidays. Food and service are excellent. Highly recommend.

Our server was great, unfortunately it took over an hour and a half to get our food. Not the servers fault, but it was really frustrating.

The food itself was nothing to write home about. The wagyu tartare tasted more like a cheeseburger than a tartare, and the wagyu steak was very tough to chew and didn’t fall apart in your mouth like you’d expect it to.

Generally unimpressed, and likely will not return.

One of the best restaurants I’ve been to in Denver! Food was amazing, especially the carrot dip. Great experience and can’t recommend this spot enough!

Had the BLT toast and breakfast tacos. Visually it looks nice however the toast was completely burnt underneath. The toast and the pork belly were hard like a rock. Also the toast was stacked tall which made it very hard to eat. Taste were meh for both. Wait time was slightly long.

The lobster corn dogs were insane! Everybody ordered a different dish and it was amazing. Great drinks, and great service and incredible food.

I went there 3 times for breakfast during my trip, ordering the same thing each time: 3 eggs (med poached) and bacon etc. The first time I was served 2 eggs and told one more was on the way. They were all on the soft side. The second time all 3 together but still soft. The third time all at once but two hard and one med. They have a timer back there?

The real reason to review is when I arrived in the morning the hostess was more concerned with getting her coffee ready (felt like I was in France) then a supervisor got me a table and a water-poured said I’d be served soon. 3 mins later and no one coming over. Supervisor took my order. I was almost the only one there.

Not looking for white glove, but the super should not have had to pinch hit that much.

Beautiful restaurant with exceptional service that matches the quality of food. Came here for lunch with my mother-in-law and she was super impressed. I had the bahn mi, which was served on a Dutch crunch hero with really flavorful pork and a bit of heat. The gals both had the squash soup which was not too sweet and looked really cool when pouring it onto that potato stamped out leaf. Took a few bites of the smash burger, which I could have devoured if I wasn't already so full. Definitely get the homemade milk bread (looks like Hawaiian rolls). Super fluffy and served with this creamy butter. Definitely coming again when I'm in the cherry creek neighborhood.

While the presentation is beautiful, everything was so salty that it was like licking the ocean floor. The waiter was quick, but the cooks were slow and not worth the price when you can barely get past the salt to eat your food.

I love this place. Food is very good. But last 2x I’ve been here service has been so slow. Almost impossible to get servers attention. And it shouldn’t take 75min to get good when restaurant is 30% capacity.

The only critique I have is that there are no restrooms on the restaurant floor, but everything was amazing!

Food was excellent! 6 for brunch. Waiter was not friendly and seemed to have trouble remembering to bring drinks for us. We could see them sitting on the bar and him standing by the wall, but never the two should meet. Definitely go for the food!

We visited in July and the menu had winter soup and winter green salad. The food is poor. The Bahn mi was not edible incredibly greasy and not the fresh pop of flavor you expect. Cocktails however were fun balanced and good. Would not go again. Wya over priced for bad food.

We stay at the Jacquard EVERY TIME we visit Denver from Santa Fe, NM. We at breakfast at the hotel three times - always great service, always fresh ingredients and always a great place to enjoy both of them. Over the years we have also had lunch and dinner at narrative and it's just as good.
