We went around noon and got seated in a table for 2. Then a manager I believe came up to us and offered us a couple of free desserts is we would move to a different table as a large group had arrived and it would be more convenient for them to put those tables together. We agreed and ate our food. Waited about 25 minutes for a waiter to bring us our check and never got our desserts. I mean the food was delicious and so were the drinks but if you’re gonna offer something to your customers make sure to follow through.

I don’t usually write reviews, but the service here was so bad that I felt I needed to. From the moment we sat down, it felt like we were an afterthought. We practically had to beg just to get our bottomless mimosas and our food, and even then everything took forever.
What made it worse is that we told them it was our friend’s birthday, and they clearly didn’t care at all. No acknowledgement, no effort, nothing. For a place that advertises brunch and bottomless drinks, you’d expect at least decent service — unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.
I really wanted to enjoy this spot, but the lack of attention and basic hospitality made it impossible. Hopefully they step it up, because right now I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Went to this restaurant today for brunch and this restaurant is so incredibly loud. My four girlfriends and I were sat next to a very large party that was yelling, making so much noise and no one around them could hear anything. I had to yell across the table to talk to my girlfriends. Service was subpar, and although our server was so sweet, I didn’t get a drink from her until I had been seated for over 15 minutes. My food came last, all of the other girls at my table had been eating for almost over 5 minutes before I received my food. I ordered an egg skillet with steak. The egg skillet came without eggs, and my steak was incredibly overcooked. When I asked for eggs, I was served a plate of cold, scrambled eggs. Our waters went unfilled for the majority of brunch and the food wasn’t that great either. Also, maybe this wasn’t her intention, but when I went to pay for the meal, the server was staring at me as I was finalizing the payment for tip, I mean, she literally was hanging over my shoulder and watching me tip. I tipped 17% because the experience was not great. Will not be back.

We’re here visiting from CT, the bathroom was filthy and the food was ok. The waiter was nice. When I asked if someone could clean the bathroom because the smell was seeping out to the hallway; the waiter said it only gets cleaned morning and the end of shift. Other than that it was ok.
