This place use to be one of our favorites they have a lot of Delicious things on the menu. my kids and I never drop less than 60.00 here. A few of the non English speaking ladies that work there are very rude and that’s always been a problem, but we chose to look past that because the food was always on point. Well today, I noticed that they are selling the Dubai chocolate strawberry cups so of course I wanted to buy one. They were $20 and I get it and I’m so excited only to realize that the chocolate is not real chocolate not sure what kind of chocolate it is they refuse to tell me, but it tasted like Hershey’s chocolate syrup Mixed with water there were no layers. It was just everything thrown in a cup. It was absolutely disgusting so I took it back up and asked him what kind of chocolate was used. I got a super disrespectful dirty look I now realize that the girl didn’t not even understand what I was saying. I’m bilingual by the way, so I proceeded to explain to her in Spanish that it wasn’t very tasty and I asked her what kind of chocolate was used. She said that it was a special sauce that the manager makes so I asked her if I could either get something else or just get my money back. She said she was not able to give me my money back in one of the rudest tones ever and said she can give me a cup of strawberries that are worth $10 so that’s what I asked to speak with the manager. She came out and was a little bit more nice By that time, I was beyond upset by the customer service, And just all around bad attitude. Definitely not coming back here again, but if you do come here, do not get the strawberry Dubai cup because you will be disappointed. Customer service is everything and if you want to be successful in any business, you need to treat the people who keep you in business with kindness and respect

Definitely know how to make a banana split!! My girl, myself and son live this place!! If only they had alcohol, it'd be nice to take a shot of whiskey on these cold nights after eating some amazing ice cream and chocolate covered bananas with sprinkles,Fantastic place.

I love to go and have gone too many times but this time I got a girl who was so slow, she started talking when I was going back. And apart from everything, he didn't give us the things, he put them in the box and while he gave us the rest, and well, the snow had already melted. Another angry lady too and the manager no help. One more thing, my chorreado corn was tough and the chili powder tasted weird. It tasted horrible and I've eaten it too many times, too disappointed. ?
Ice cream is DELICIOUS, but employees are snotty; ironically racist until they find out I am Hispanic. Surroundings is the same, side eyeing me and my Native American boyfriend. Don’t like coming here because of the experience but the ice cream is so good that I do it anyways. Definitely expensive.
Kid-friendliness: Valentina isn’t that hot in small amounts!
They have countless desserts, fries, water, their flavor is authentic ? ? great variety of flavors. Highly recommended.

Not happy with the fresca con creams I received. It was nothing like I have gotten at other places the fruit was soggy the cream was more like a thick yogurt and their was no oats or anything else with it and the portion size was ridiculous.
