Food and beer were excellent.
Kitchen closed before 8pm a lot of customers turned away probably around 10 sent down the way to the food court. Probably not good business practice.

I looked and didn't see anywhere that said what time the kitchen closed. So it seems whenever the cook decides to stop cooking then the kitchen is closed.

Asked if I wanted pickles and jalapeño on my sandwich...sure........get bill ....1.50 for pickles...1.00 for jalapeños....thanks for telling me..so now my basic chicken sandwhich becomes 30 bucks!.......also 3 percent credit card surcharge ....no signs posted anywhere about this ....I get being in an airport is expensive but nickle.and diming you customers is crap...

Honestly, I couldn’t find a better burger during my trip. And here, at the airport location they served me AMAZING burger! Staff is friendly.
Place is packed, yes. But what do you expect from the airport location?

Thanks again for the great food and drinks while we were waiting for my flight.

We had a bacon burger and a house 303 burger. Both were good and the ranch dressing on the side salad was tasty.

Pretty quick service had 65 mins before flight. Ordered meal and asked for check upfront to ensure I wasn't rushed looking for server.

Received my meal in about 15-20 mins. And had plenty of time to eat. I got the burger and some beers

Do not go if you’re in a rush. I went to quickly get breakfast at their “To Go” area. I only picked it because other places had lines and I was in a rush. I paid $20 plus tax for a breakfast burrito and I waited 30 mins for it. I almost told them refund me but I felt like it would take longer and I did need to eat. When I finally got the burrito it was disgusting. I cannot believe I paid that much money to throw it out after a few bites and run late for my flight. AVOID.

Ariel was attentive and personable! A great place to land while you’re catching your next flight! The food is delicious and they know how to make a variety of drinks! Definitely recommend when you’re on the B concourse!

Pretty quick service had 40 mins before flight. Ordered meal and asked for check upfront to ensure I wasn't rushed looking for server. Received my meal in about 15-20 mins. And had plenty of time to eat. I got the blucifer and the pull pork burgers. The blucifer was the best blue cheese ever. And the pull pork was juicy and tender.

Very slow due to poor execution of the design. Only 1 employee at the togo/coffee station. There are 2 self order kiosks but nobody was using them and there was a line. Because of this she's was spending most of her time taking orders rather than fulfilling orders. She needed to tell people to please use the kiosks and if they need to order in person she'll be with them in a few minutes as she has many orders to fulfill. Employee was trying to tell me something but was speaking quietly even after I said I could hear much she was saying. But the do have good tea.

There have to be better places. Strike 1: ID for a glass of wine. Want to see my AARP card? Oh, and Virginia has digital IDs now. They won't accept them. Strike 2: Surcharges for credit cards on top of $41 for 2 drinks. Yes, $41 for 2 drinks. Strike 3: Using Toast as a payments platform but not levering the QR code to pay functionality, in conjunction with the aforementioned surcharge. Bottom line? Wouldn't go here again.

We were greeted with glasses of water immediately then did not get to order drinks for about 20 minutes, then waited another 20 minutes to get them. We finished and waited another 20 minutes and our server never checked back in. It was moderately busy, so not sure what was going on. Super disappointed. This is an airport and people are on a schedule!
