Hands down one of the best banh mi in Colorado! I recently visited New Saigon after coming back from Vietnam and indulging in their local cuisine. It tasted just like back in Vietnam, if not better. I come from Houston where we have a huge Asian food scene and I was genuinely impressed with the quality of New Saigon, especially having to compensate for the elevation difference and how it affects the bread rising. I find myself always craving something banh mi from New Saigon now. This is my new go-to when I’m craving authentic Vietnamese food. You cannot beat it for the quality and price! Definitely check it out as you will NOT be disappointed.
The Vegan sandwiches are amazing. This is take out only.
Favorite place to get banh mi in Denver and prices are cheap too. The char siu pork belly banh mi is my favorite!
So much variety
Great place and love the food. We only get out to Denver 1-2 times each year, but always stop by New Saigon Bakery and Deli to load up before we head home. The bánh mì and bánh bao are obvious favorites. Very friendly staff and you can see they are hard workers. Keep up the good work and see you next time.
Their Avacado smoothie is top notch
Food is amazing. The place is cozy, nostalgic, full of the smells of home cooking just like I grew up in! Love it!
Vegetarian options: Lemongrass tofu bahn mi has to be ordered in person, not on online menu. Excellent vegetarian (not confirmed but likely vegan) option.

Bought a great pork banh mi there that's easily enough for 2 meals. Recommend asking for some kind of sauce, otherwise it's kinda dry (think I'll add a fish sauce/chili sauce blend that I toss together, but I bet they have something good behind the counter if you ask). It is delicious and they have some pretty niche items there! Would highly recommend checking it out and I'll definitely be back.

Super friendly and enthusiastic, unfortunately I dropped my drink and they sympathized with me with another drink at no charge. I really appreciate that. The Banh mi is also very delicious!!
Arrived a few minutes before closing and they whipped us up a couple of bahn mis! Great service and a cool selection of goods!

Solid place for the past 10 plus years, great sandwiches. But if you can't put a price on the items you sell, that's a red flag for me.
I get that there's inflation, and through the years I've seen the prices go up from $4.50 a sandwich when they first opened, to whatever they decide it is for the day. Who knows this could be based on sales and when rent is due. I don't see a price tag on anything and it gives me a red flag. I used to come here whenever I was in the neighborhood, not so much anymore because of this.
