Hands down one of the best banh mi in Colorado! I recently visited New Saigon after coming back from Vietnam and indulging in their local cuisine. It tasted just like back in Vietnam, if not better. I come from Houston where we have a huge Asian food scene and I was genuinely impressed with the quality of New Saigon, especially having to compensate for the elevation difference and how it affects the bread rising. I find myself always craving something banh mi from New Saigon now....
Great place and love the food. We only get out to Denver 1-2 times each year, but always stop by New Saigon Bakery and Deli to load up before we head home. The bánh mì and bánh bao are obvious favorites. Very friendly staff and you can see they are hard workers. Keep up the good work and see you next time.
Bought a great pork banh mi there that's easily enough for 2 meals. Recommend asking for some kind of sauce, otherwise it's kinda dry (think I'll add a fish sauce/chili sauce blend that I toss together, but I bet they have something good behind the counter if you ask). It is delicious and they have some pretty niche items there! Would highly recommend checking it out and I'll definitely be back.
