Very cool place with a New Orleans flare. The shrimp and grits were amazing. As well as the jalapeno hush puppies. The apple ginger mule was delicious as well. Will definitely be back for a second visit.

I would not even give this restaurant 1 star. The service was the worst I have ever seen from any restaurant. To start we had to hunt down a waitress to order our food and she did not seem at all interested in taking our order. Second For 83 dollars which is what our bill came to you would expect the food to be good but it was some of the worst food I have ever ate I would say that Popeyes Chicken may serve better food than here. After we were finished I had to hunt down someone so that I could pay my bill the waitress never even took the time to interact with us and I guess she was not worried about our experience with this restaurant. That being said I will definitely not return to this establishment ever again. I would be better off to go any place other than here for sure.

3/17 I got there sat at the bar for 10 min no service or acknowledgement. How am I supposed to enjoy my lunch break if I have to rush thru it. I’ll definitely not return for lunch breaks.

We order food St.Patrick’s Day weekend. We didn’t have to wait long for food at all despite how busy it was. Hushpuppies, shrimp po’boy, and fried chicken sandwich were delicious.

Went to lunch here today and the food was so delicious! I had the fried okra and jalapeño hushpuppies for appetizers and the fried catfish plate with ettoufeé. The soft shell crab poboy was so good too! Don't miss out on this spot if your un downtown Denver!

We had the blackened catfish and the crawfish etouffee over white rice both were amazing. For dessert we got a piece of corn bread which was moist and covered in a honey syrup. We will be going back

Honestly, the food was mid, lot of burnt fries, bacon, they didn't give me the right rice I ordered and the catfish was meh. I was excited to eat some southern food since I'm from the south so maybe that's why my review is a little more harsh
Person who took our order wasn't rude but was just bland

It's got bar and grill atmosphere vibes. Very casual, but the food was fantastic. Gumbo, red beans and rice, and mac-n-cheese were all great. Drinks were also excellent.

Kid-friendliness: More Nola bar feel than Applebees. Didn't see any children there, but didn't give specific kid unfriendly vibes.

The food was delicious! The atmosphere was moody and comfortable! I got the blackened catfish and it was a great cut of fish prepared perfectly. The collard greens and dirty rice were the perfect addition. The fried okra was crisp and served with a great spicy ranch. Will definitely be back!

It can be pretty hard to find a good Cajun joint this far north sometimes, and as a southerner, that can be a bummer. However, I always judge a Cajun restaurant by their red beans and rice. Absolutely delicious. Our food was just top notch, portions were plentiful, food came out hot and quickly, with the perfect amount of Cajun spice and sweat. The service here was great. Staff was friendly, attentive, and quick. It might be a bit on the pricier side, but I will be recommending this place to all my friends. Can't wait to come back.
