I hadn't been to a Noodles and Company in probably like 5 years and WOW has it gone downhill. Portion size is about a third of what it was previously. I hadn't minded the price when you were getting a large portion but it is most certainly a huge rip off now. Small amount of pasts and there was maybe the equivalent of one diced mushroom in my food. It was over $4 to add meat and there were only a few pieces in there. Seating was uncomfortable and even though we dined in we were given plastic bowls and forks. Used to be given a nice big ceramic bowl filled with plenty of food. Nothing against the service though, they were perfectly polite and prompt bringing over the food. Overall though, you could pay a similar price at a nicer dine-in restaurant for a much more satisfying meal and probably some leftovers. I can't rate it any higher given how much worse it was than my previous experience in years past.

Been to this location 3 times in 12 years. Food is pricey as heck for what you get. Some dishes were good, and the service was okay. Since moving to Minnesota in 2019 found a Noodles and Company in my area of Eagan, MN that is more affordable and food is better in my opinion. Must be a franchise thing with pricing and food quality in a given area market.Parking: It is a pain to park.Wheelchair accessibility: Not much space for those of us in wheelchairs.

The one and only person behind the counter was doing everything as expeditiously as possible, so the service rating is manager's fault, not her's. The food was good. Atmosphere is Noodles and Company. The beverage dispenser is replacement ready.

Everyone was waiting 15 mins plus for food they pre ordered and were told was ready I missed the time I had to eat lunch even though the order was supposed to be ready to be picked up, now I don’t get to eat thanks for nothing waste of time and money and they don’t wash their hands when they’re too
