I asked for no meat x2. And then I told him the total price wasn’t right. And he said it was. Then when he printed off the receipt it had meat on it. And he let 7 people order food infront of me before he refunded me for the meat and the noodles had some burnt spots on them. Also trash was overflowing , couldn’t even put my trash in the trash can.

Was in a hurry and grabbed a lo mein. I should have known better. Stiff, unappealing noodles and weird sauce.
Only my 2nd time having food from this place. Never again. Blech.

Tried this location after a long time of not eating Noodles due to poor quality and bad service. Found long hairs wrapped around my leanguini TWICE before I got so disgusted I had to throw the bowl in the garbage. My mistake for thinking perhaps things have improved. They have not. I received credit for a free entree in the Noodles app as compensation...as if I'm ever eating there again. Cutting my losses and moving on.

Thank you for actually being like the Noodles and Company when it first came to Colorado! Everything was yummy and the packing for delivery was on point. It's nice to see restaurants that care about their food and how they serve their community!
