Absolutely incapable of adding extra sauce. I was very explicit that I want the extra sauce IN the dish while it's being cooked. I said "when you add the sauce during cooking, just add an extra, please do not give me a _side_ of sauce, you can't add that to the dish."They said "no problem", charged me for extra sauce, and gave mea SIDE OF SAUCE, the thing I explicitly said I didn't want and they explicitly said was no problem.

Very clean restaurant, service personnel were pleasant and helpful (asked for my rewards member instead of me having to mention it when purchasing food/items and notified me of my upcoming rewards), warm, welcoming environment, and restaurant was good temperature. I will happily return to that facility when in that area.

Absolutely horrible. The whole staff was rude and impatient. The manages we came out and threw my card at me as the cashier was struggling and he was being impatient. A high schooler shouldn’t be the manager.Don’t go unless you want to be frustrated and disappointed.

The service was terrible. The employees made you feel like you were a burden when ordering. I do not recommend this location. Wasn't welcoming and wasn't pleasant.

Would not recommend. They don't get your order right; you want something taken off, they will still add it, you PAY extra for something (chicken) and they won't add it. This has happened multiple times at this location. I use to go to the restaurant often, but after todays visit, I will never return and advise others around me to avoid this place. It's already overpriced and you don't even get the food you paid for. Employees weren't okay, but obviously can't follow simple instructions on what to add and take off when it's clearly printed on the receipt.

If I could do negative stars on service, I would. However, the teenager that was working was so disrespectful and rude. He stated that I looked homeless and so I could not use the bathroom because I was in sweatpants and a sweatshirt. I bought a cookie and then while walking to the bathroom, I started to urinate on myself because he made me wait to use the bathroom because he said that they don’t allow homeless people to use the restroom and that you have to buy something before and I told him I would buy something after I use the restroom. It was an emergency and he was still rude I think you should be fired or his employer needs to start teaching them how to be more respectful to customers. I also bought the two other kids in line their meals with 100 bill!
