I couldn’t believe the disrespect I experienced when I was simply trying to grab a quick bite to eat! When I had changed my mind about utensils I came back into the store just to hear on of the employees say “uh oh look who’s back” I understand my order was a little complicated but I was expecting excellent service regardless. Going to try and reach a manager to further talk about this issue but to my concern, the manager on shift this evening was involved in the mocking of customers. I love noodles and company but never again to this location.

I came here for lunch during work February 1, 2025. I had asked for the regular stroganoff with steak the limited time. You guys cant even fill the bowl? Last time I come to this location. Just because your in a rich area and don't want to do your job doesn't mean you can serve people a half a meal when they paid for regular price 🤷

i used to love noodles but i came here the other day and pesto cavatappi and penne rosa are so gross now! the mac is their only redeeming quality left

I will say the food is perfect, always loved Noodles and Company. Always will. The quality of the food is not the issue
I ordered double protein in my bowl. As I always do. And for some reason or other, I got ZERO protein. Got all my vegetables though. Got my other requests met without issue. Even managed to read my request for plastic ware and provided that. But the one thing that costs me extra, they decided to deprive me of - to the extend that I got none instead of the normal amount. So I essentially bought an $18 bowl and got scammed blind.
They weren’t exceptionally busy. Just me and two other customers in the whole building. One of which was also just picking up. They weren’t understaffed either. They had 4 cooks and two people working register. How this happens is beyond me.

I got the beef stroganoff it’s a limited menu item must try. Everything was cooked to perfection. If you use the app you also get points for next time.

The staff here are always very upbeat, friendly & helpful when I come with my client, who has special needs. The parmesan crusted chicken is so good, I add it to my mac n cheese! Highly recommend if you're looking for a quick, affordable, pasta fix!

The food was not very good, it didn't taste fresh and it was mushy. The service was friendly but average but the place had many tables that had not been fully cleaned. Nothing more than a fast food restaurant that is not worth the price you pay for the food.

They got rid of Alfredo montamore, which is incredibly disappointing! It was my favorite dish and they no longer serve it. Their “replacement” for it tastes bland and is horrible

The staff was incredible. We came in with our rather noisy 1 year old, and they were so sweet and good to her. Eating out with a kid can be tough, but not here. We love Noodles & Co, but this is our favorite location because of the people. They are amazing!!
