Beyond awful. We ordered 2 coffees and croissants costing a ridiculous $23! The man serving us did not greet with a smile or friendly greeting in anyway - just mumbled the price for our order. We on the other hand were as always friendly and thanked him. As our good gesture for sitting in (even though we still had to go up to get our order) we still tipped 15% The coffee was bitter and the croissants were overcooked and dry. Upon leaving we were not given a thank you but were merely mumbled at by the lady ‘you put your cups on the counter when leaving’. That was it! So essentially WE should be the one tipped for OUR service. I have never experienced such poor service in all my years. Emailed the manager to complain, no reply. Steer clear from this awful place.

I was so excited to visit the Novo Cafe because I love their beans. It felt incredibly overpriced - also ordered a latte in a for here cup and was given an iced latte. The latte wasn’t listed as iced and I didn’t order it iced either, and it didn’t even taste like a coffee based latte. I ended up throwing it out and walking to Starbucks.

I live with anxiety and depression. I was at the store on 6th and Gilpin location holding a 6-lb dog in my arms, no visible signage was present. I told the server I understood the no pet policy, and my order was taken without issue. Then another male staff member came out and abruptly told me to leave. I expressed confusion and emotional discomfort, not aggression. For a brand that claims to value “relationship” and transparency, this experience reflected neither, and left me feeling shamed and humiliated. I can’t understand why he was so upset and unkind.

Happened upon Novo Coffee and Hot Dang! I got their seasonal iced latte, which was a banana pie latte- It Is so refreshing and delicious! Felt like a good treat yourself kind of day so I also got one of their salted brown butter, chocolate chip Cookies. Probably the best cookie I’ve ever had in my life…. Contemplated turning back around for another one. 10/10 Recommend.

Cortado service is great and 6th is less noisy than you would expect.
Ordered 2 teas before boarding our flight. So disgusting we couldn’t even drink them. Tasted like the tea machine had never been cleaned and someone had brewed coffee in prior.
