This would have been a much worse review if not for my sales rep, Ryan. My husband and I own a restaurant in the mountains and we’ve had major miscommunication with the dispatch and delivery team trying to get an emergency tank of nitrogen for our beer system. Ryan saved the day by bringing us the tank and making sure that we were set up and ready to go for the holiday weekend! He’s also been very helpful in getting scheduled for a system upgrade. We appreciate the Denver team looking out for a small businesses!

nuco2 really terribly service never take my call try calling my sales rep and never pick up the phone Rayan so bad and final service come and get your shi et out of my place Please do yourself a favor and do not utilize this company. I have requested delivery of CO2 four times and they still haven't delivered. I just called again and they said the only thing they can do is make this an emergency delivery
Great service! No out of gases, I have a person to talk to! Sales rep is responsive, and not rude!
Worst customer service have ever received from any company. Charges double then their competition. Asked to transfer account but got me bind into 3 year contract. Can’t get out. They want over $1000 to make sure there over price tank service is compliant with local and state laws.
Even after all this no one coming at location to install alarm for co2 that they complained to fire department that I don’t have.
Wish had read every line of their contract when I thought I was signing transfer agreement to get account under my name.
Every person that answered phone is manager and would not let me talk to any supervisor.

Ryan Paradiso has been a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable and responsive. Incredibly helpful when coming up with creative solutions for some of our more cramped spaces.
Save your time and don’t do business with this company. They don’t respond, and they don’t do the job. Worst company ever! I’ve been trying to request the service for over a month, and I haven’t received any response.
The service is not cheap. You pay a high price for something and get nothing in return.
Save your time and money, and go with another company that values you and gets the job done.
Why do the drivers not know how to drive?
Please do yourself a favor and do not utilize this company. I have requested delivery of CO2 four times and they still haven't delivered. I just called again and they said the only thing they can do is make this an emergency delivery which they stated I may have to pay extra for even though my original request was in August and It's now October! Everyone I've dealt with gives you attitude. I can't wait until my contract ends so I won't have to deal with their incompetence any longer.
After 34 years at my present restaurant location and many years with NuCo2, I completely agree with the 1 star reviews and actually that is giving them credit. Their accessibility for billing issues, ordering deliveries, equipment problems, etc. is virtually non-existent. Calling their 800 number and trying to reach my local rep - Corey - is a lesson in futility. After reading the 1 star reviews and seeing that someone named Seeta Porteus in Customer Care seemed to care about customers, I reached out to this person asking to discuss a rash of problems before I agree to renew my contract on November 1. Have also reached out to Corey to discuss the same situation. I received a reply from Seeta telling me that a member of their “cancellation team” would be contacting me. Great customer care! It tells me that Corey and Seeta are exactly where they belong. I’m counting the days until I’m done with NuCo.

I can honestly see why this place has a one star review. Not only is your phone service garbage to try to get ahold of somebody.Your customer care sucks as well And let's not even start on your driver's etiquette. I was calling about one of your drivers dragging 30 feet of his freaking hose with a connection of some sort up tower rd. I tried and tried to get his attention but he had his ear buds in and when I finally did get his attention he got mad at me and kept driving. I tried calling with no real way to get ahold of anyone in an emergency, I tried every option that all leads pretty muchto the same hold menu except the billing. Which leads me to belive you'll take people's money but F customer care. Anyway when she did answer and I told her the situation she put me on the same hold menu and didn't seem to concerned about it, so I gave up cause by the time anyone could get ahold of you or the driver it would be to late.

I hate this company. I hate having to use this company, call this company, email this company, you get nowhere. I've currently been on hold for 35 minutes. They push you to use their website to place orders, yet the website doesn't work 99% of the time. Every single time I hit the manage locations button, I get an error. I have NEVER been able to place an order through the website. I always have to wait 30 minutes or more on their phone line.The service tech they send out (Bob) is great, and that's the only good thing I have to say about them. The company is trash, their customer service is absolute garbage.
I was on hold for almost an hour still no eta..this is ridiculous.
Horrible customer service. Staff not knowing any details. No follow up from account managers. Worst service.
