Delicious and authentic Vietnamese food!
I got the bun bo hue, my husband got the pho, and our friend got the bun cha. All were fresh, delicious, and reasonably priced! It’s harder to find bun bo hue in CO but I thought this one tasted authentic from my experience! I loved the pork hock and blood cake 😜 The pho tasted delicious as well—rich and savory broth with tender chunks of meat. They also don’t skimp on the veggie sides, which I always appreciate.
I loved the stage they set up for karaoke, although no one went up while we were there. I would definitely come back!

The gentleman who waited at my table was rude and not patient at all. I will not go back. If I had a choice not to tip. I wouldn't tip him But to bad the tip was included. Maybe that's why the waiter doesn't care to give good service.
They specialize in BBH and it does not disappoint. So every bowl comes with everything plus the extra item you select. The king BBH is huge, there is a combo BBH that has same items including the pork knuckle, i called it a mini King.
I will say they come out not too spicy, but the condiments on the table includes a delicious spicy sauce that reminds me of Malay sambal, so you can make it as spicy as you like.

Bun bo hue is very good 8.5/10. Bun thit nuong isnt that good 6/10. I couldn’t use the restroom since they are broken. I would say this place has decent Vietnamese food in Denver

Some of the best Vietnamese I've had in Colorado. Their Pho was delicious and flavorful, and the portions they give here are filling! This place I heard is known for their Hue style dishes, so the next time I'm in Denver, I'll try their Bun Bo Hue! Highly recommend when in Denver!
