Arielle took care of me. I have cealic and can't have gluten. I'm a regular here and I changed up my order for variety. Somehow the gluten free got missed. The next day they gave me a free sandwich to make up for it. I really appreciated it, as it was inconvenient. But they are always customer focused and happy to make things right. This team is great! I've only had takeout because of their hours and my schedule. That said, I make it work ha. Breakfast and lunch are always on point. Nothing bad to say at all, and I can usually find something :) I'm pretty picky when it comes to food. On that note, I would never have found the place just passing by. Someone brought me a sandwich years ago, and it was memorable. I asked where it was from, and that's how I found out. Totally worth the price and trip.

I’ve never written a review but I just need to share this. Every single time I walk through the doors, I get greeted by Ariel and Carrie. They are so incredibly comforting and nice and they treat everyone with respect. Today was incredible because I was having an horrible past couple of days and I’ve been down in a deep depression hole to be honest. I had ordered my food to go but then realized that I had missed my bus and had to wait and I was embarrassed to ask to switch to eat in but I had no where else to go. I had asked Carrie if it was okay if I ate in even though I ordered To-Go, and she told me “of course that’s okay, we want you here.” I needed to hear those exact words today because who knows if I would’ve made it to the end of the week. It hit close to my heart and I’m so happy she said that to me. These girls are amazing every time and I appreciate them so much! Thank you ladies for always putting my needs first and for providing great service every day. I hope you both have a blessed day and you will be seeing me again!

Not only was the order late but it was raw! Medium well is just a little pink this burger has barely any brown on it. What did you do flip it once and call it done?? It literally had blood dripping out Disgusting I had to throw it out! Wasted $22 will not order from here again!
