Not my favorite but maybe I ordered the wrong thing. The pork could have been crispier and because it wasn’t the fatty part of the pork was very slimy.

Quiet low key place with a great bowl of ramen

A place for a quick bite to eat. Unfortunately, the yam didn’t meet my expectations — it seemed dry and lacking in flavor to me. The chicken in the soup also felt somewhat tough and difficult to chew, and the overall taste didn’t really appeal to me.

Because of this, I wasn’t able to fully enjoy my lunch.

The food is good. However, they recently changed the ordering system so that you don't interact with the staff until they bring you the food. It used to be more welcoming. The price, I guess like most restaurants these days, is too high.

We waited an hour for our food, and there was a hot dog instead of tuna in the kimbap.

I suspect the management here has changed, because the experience is completely different from when I last visited in February 2025. Back then, the ramen was flavorful with a rich broth, the service was attentive, and the overall experience was enjoyable. This time, everything felt downgraded.

You now order through a kiosk or QR code assigned to your table, and you’re prompted to tip before the food even arrives. After that, they simply drop the food off and do not check on you at all. Unfortunately, the order came out completely wrong. I requested spicy sauce on the side, but it was mixed directly into my broth. The shrimp tempura I ordered ended up in my husband’s bowl. My husband paid for extra chashu that never arrived, and when we finally got their attention, the portion we received was two tiny pieces for $3.50. The meat had a strong porky smell and was not enjoyable.

The broth itself was thin and lacked flavor, which was disappointing because it used to be one of the highlights here. Our ramen was also supposed to come with corn, but that was missing too. By the time we noticed, we were already too frustrated to try to flag someone down again, especially since the staff stayed in the back and were hard to reach.

Overall, the quality of both the food and service has dropped significantly. It is not the same place it used to be, and I would not recommend coming here anymore.

Ok ramen, the noodles tasted and felt like it was from a maduchan packet the broth was boring overall it tasted like cheap ramen, your better off buying your own ingredients and making it cheaper (miso ramen)(25$)

The most authentic ramen I’ve been able to find in Denver!

The ramen was just okay. The broth didn’t have a lot of flavor, and the toppings are pretty skimpy.

Stopped in today for my first bowl of authentic ramen ever. Very impressed. I could spend all day here. Absolutely perfect.

This place is amazing. The food tastes great and the service is phenomenal. If you want a small intimate vibe that's not crowded, this is a place to stop.
