Rudest employees I’ve ever encountered. Waited 10 minutes for someone to help with a pick up order and then was yelled at that it wasn’t ready. Order never came out. Do not do pick orders here.

This is my main sushi spot in Denver. I come here maybe once a month or two. You can select which vegetables you want for vegetable tempura (mostly brocoli!). They often give sake refills. Good sushi and gyozas.

Atmosphere was good and clean and seems very nice, serving was self seating so sat close to the bar area and got a paper to order my sushi, the only issue I had was Food and how small the roll was for it to be $7 I expect a bit bigger roll. Good, but I won't be coming back again because of the serving sizes. I could honestly go to Walmart and get more for $7 rolls. Mind you, i got 2 rolls. That is the main reason why I would rather recommend going to Walmart than getting rolls of sushi here. There are other foods, but I didn't get to try them. Other issues were misgendered but that was expected since I didn't talk much.

Food was great, spring rolls were piping hot and the miso ramen was great and full of very tender pork, not too busy which I hope to see change soon, definitely recommend!!Kid-friendliness: Very kid-friendly, just may need to teach them how to use chopsticks!

I can’t believe this place has over 3 stars literally anywhere. I ordered Miso Soup, Kani salad, gyoza, and a couple of rolls. First things first there was some kind of plastic or woven string in my miso soup about 4 inches long and I couldn’t even rip it apart when I tried. The picture of the kani salad is attached because it really shows what their food is like irl. Their sushi is limp and soggy and comes apart. Sushi rice texture and taste is off. Kani salad was the absolute worst Kani salad I’ve ever had in a sushi place. I was genuinely shocked at the food quality. The only thing I was able to stomach was the gyoza. 1.3/5 stars for the food. People will say this is the best sushi they’ve ever had because this is Denver and they literally don’t know any better.

So, I ordered from @Okinawa Japanese Cuisine for my birthday through DoorDash this year and was blown away by the quality and taste of the food.I really enjoy sushi, but my wife doesn’t do seafood. She ordered their beef tenderloin and we both agree it was amazing. The vegetables were cooked perfectly, the sauce was delicious, and the beef was sublime.I’ve been eating sushi now for about the past ten years and have always struggled to accommodate my wife with other sushi restaurant menus because the non-sushi stuff tends to be an afterthought at a sushi restaurant. But, that is NOT the case here at Okinawa Japanese Cuisine. My wife felt, for the first time, included in the order because not only were they able to accommodate her preference for not-seafood, they wowed her taste buds with an extremely tasty and well-balanced meal. With that out of the way, I can discuss my order: i had a Golden Roll, a Spicy Girl Roll, and an Ichiban Roll. They were SO tasty vkusni! The Ichiban roll is deep fried and just had such a flavor profile that burst in my mouth. I really enjoy that sensation of “layered flavors” with a deep-fried sushi roll.I’m now a HUGE fan of this restaurant and cannot wait to visit in person.

Other then them stealing 10 dollars from my account by giving themselves an additional tip it was great. Will edit if it gets resolved was told I would be called back by the manager in 24 hours that was a few days ago. Very disappointed.

An authentic experience where quality is closely regulated. I recommend the Kobe Beef rolls if you're looking for something as someone new to Japanese food.

I had the salmon teriyaki for lunch and am now experiencing extreme food poisoning symptoms. Otherwise the food was fine, not great, but I’m very concerned that the fish seems to be bad or not stored properly and has now made me very ill.

A fantastic sushi place while I was visiting Denver. My friends took me and it was delicious, varied, and the place was inviting and fun. The person who waited on us was really funny, attentive, and welcoming. His big smile and friendly banter really made the experience that much nicer. Excited to go back when next in Denver.Parking: Easy to park on the street nearby and a super short and fun walk.

Thank you very much for the excellent service today. I saw a friend who I may not see again and they let us be, but were attentive.
