The food is good, but it’s soggy and falls about easily. The ordering - is ridiculous! I’ve ordered a few times from there for pick up, each time they had it wrong. Not just like missing something, like something completely different from what I ordered. If I ever order again I’ll have to be sure to check it in the restaurant before leaving with it. You should to. Should order too cause the food is tasty.

Ordered a very expensive meal from DoorDash overall the food was tasty. But we were missing several things and we were on holiday. We did not receive our à la cart beans, They did not send any utensils no napkins or any of the condiments for the Menudo, which as people know it’s very very expensive. I did take the time to call the restaurant to let them know of the things that were missing and just see if they could fix those things by sending them out or something and they were not helpful at all and they did not try to help the situation, then I had to turn to DoorDash even though it was not a DoorDash problem. If someone’s ordering, of course they need napkins. They need spoons to eat menudo. They need to eat the food. Your order is your delivering to a hotel. It’s crazy that they wouldn’t even do the smallest things that they know when people are delivering , my menudo not only that was only half full with no toppings. That was sad because I hadn’t been feeling good.

Terrible experience at Old Santa Fe. The service is absolutely horrible. The woman who is always attending customers is extremely rude and has no manners or basic customer service skills. Very disrespectful attitude and zero interest in treating people properly.
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. It doesn’t even deserve one star.
I strongly recommend not coming here. There are many better places to eat in Denver. This place is not worth your time or money.

Placed an order on their website (not my first time), came to pick it up 25m later and the lady was so rude. Told me no order was made, yet I was charged, had a text and an email. Asked her to cancel the order and she told me I needed to call to cancel the order, she has no order for me and couldn’t give my money back. Call the company you ordered with…uhhh…it’s your restaurants website.
The cook behind the counter asked for her tablet and he actually found my order.
So, why talk to me like I was lying and didn’t place the order.
So. Rude. So. Messed. Up. Will not be coming back.
Ordered at 5:50, email states 25m, it’s now 6:45pm and still waiting.

I ordered the burrito Colorado which is with a red chili and it had nice pieces of meat in it and had some heat which I unexpected but was really good. Their Margaritas are reasonably priced and their top shelf is excellent. The server Monica took very good care of me

I ordered from doordash the number 7 build your own combo. The burritos were small and the chillies was salty and tasted like they prepared it in a dish that wasn't rinsed off properly. I am disappointed that there is no refunds offered from doordash and I missed to do the review on the app for this store. On a good note the Chilli rellenos, beans and rice were decent.

Huge amount of food for the price. I have a bad sensitivity to monosodium glutamate and they must use it in the majority of things they cook definitely in the green chili. I did go ahead and taste the other things, Chile relleno and fiesta enchiladas. The chili cheese fries had green chili on it so I couldn't eat them. All were okay not great. The dessert was very nice, cheese cake wrapped in a fried flour tortilla.

The absolute worst server I have ever had, and we were the only customers in the restaurant. Had to be asked twice for refill on soda, and the margarita she made me was absolutely horrible. Food was mediocre and bland, and we all felt sick later that day. Over priced in my opinion as well. Their “fried ice cream” was an abomination.

ordered online through their website at 9:30. it said my food would be ready for pickup in 20 minutes. i showed up at exactly 9:50, they told me i couldn’t have my food because they close at ten and refused to refund me. don’t be surprised if this place goes out of business once ICE comes to denver.
