Franklin Salad- PLEASE stop having the chefs prepare salads with spinach and romaine lettuce like this. I can’t eat spoiled food. It’s one of the worst salads that I’ve had from here. What can I do as a customer to prevent this from happening again? Yes, it’s not the first time. What are you going to do so this doesn’t become a thing for everyone?! I don’t like paying $20 for a salad that’s not edible. I work in healthcare and don’t have time to make another trip back to get it fixed. I’m starving now and can’t wait to get a meal after my shift ends. 😔

Good service, food, and coffee. It's a cute little cafe with a nice patio!

Cute small coffee shop, great innovative drink menu. I had the DF burrito which was HUGE, the green chili sauce didn’t have much flavor and the burrito itself was folded with ingredients uneven (all the egg was at one end, potatoes and onions the other. However the ingredients were fantastic. Daughter ordered the La Jefa bowl which was plentiful and again ingredients fresh and full of flavor. Waitstaff was attentive and friendly. I would definitely go again.

Neighborhood go to and AMAZING desserts for you or parties. Dining in is very tight but does work for individuals or small group. The hash skillet is a go to with fresh made to order ingredients. I recently got the lemoncello cake for a NYE party and OMG- it was so good. The buttercream was perfect and the whole cake was so tasty! Other desserts were very good too. They have good coffee drinks and a lovely, friendly staff.

You can order using a QR code.
You also need to clean up after yourself before you leave!

I got the Bogota hash with a side of a crognet and a coffee.
The crognet sounds special but it was a cold and hard croissant.
Bogota hash was just ok. I don't understand the point of using a mini skillet if the skillet comes cold. Food was lukewarm. Flavor was decent. Sunny side eggs were definitely on the runnier side.

I love olive and finch and little finch. I don't know if today was an off day or it's like that at this location. It was just ok. Also, the dirty dish pile and the napkin pile was full.

Extremely disappointing food and service. Unhygienic and really bad quality food. The workers were incompetent as well.

Came for a salad and it was fine, not great.
I got a chocolate cookie and it was so bad. It was so hard, like it was at least a week old. Even dipping it into coffee didn’t help much! The coffee was not good either. no creamer except for non-dairy single use ones. Just not worth the money

Really wanted to like this place, but we didn’t have a great experience. Our food was alright, but came out a little cold.

The servers felt more engaged in their own conversations and made it hard to get anyone’s attention. We had to ask multiple times to get the drinks that we had asked for; they’d been forgotten about.

I would say the pastries are worth coming in for, but that’s about it. The price doesn’t match the food/service.

Super overpriced, very mediocre cafe. Was charged $3 for a Caesar salad side with my sandwich, in a ramekin with three bites. Ordered the first cold cut sandwich on the menu and it had very little flavor and a lot of mayo, on a chewy ciabatta. This is similar to my other visits here - I have been 3 times total and each time leave feeling underfed, underwhelmed, and like I overpaid. Staff is always friendly and atmosphere is nice, but the main event (food) isn’t worth the money.

Cute brunch restaurant with some seatings available inside and outside. Order at the counter or online wirh QR code at the table. The quality of food was good. Service was alright. Some free street parking available.

This place was better when Dani was there. She was always friendly with customers and knew how to make proper lattes. Ordered two hot lattes recently and one was mostly foam while the other was mostly milk. We used to like coming here, but might be our last time.

Support local but I rather not be forced to tip on top of surge charge already. Especially when I’m just ordering to go.

Huge sandwich for the price

We got the hash, the early riser breakfast burrito, the pumpkin pie hand pie, the coffee cake, and the pecan sticky bun. The burrito was good and at $8 its not a bad deal. The hash was ok but didn't leave me wanting more. The coffee cake was very tasty and would be the only thing I would recommend that is normally available. The sticky bun was good but rather hard. The hand pie was a complete and utter mess, it also tasted more like sweet potato than pumpkin.

My company ordered off the catering menu from Olive and Finch. The food was yummy, and they followed all of our order's instructions to a T, especially labeling all the food. To my surprise they also put in vegan treats instead of cookies for some of our vegan orders. Easy, no hassle delivery. The sandwich boxes and salads worked great.
