Whats the point of joining a waitlist online if I gotta get there and wait another hour ?!

They let me substitute Gluten-free pasta and red sauce for Alfredo.

Would be 5 stars, but it seems there is no point in having our "reservation" if you're still going to wait a long time anyways. Bring back normal reservations! Besides that our server was incredible, especially with it being super busy. Will always love the soup, salad, and breadsticks.

Placed a car side pick up and had to wait an extra thirty minutes after the time they said it would be ready and still had to go inside to get the food. One of the orders was shorted a piece of chicken parm. Not happy about the experience!

We are waiting for our dinner. We joined the waitlist that said 40 minutes and waited over an hour. We went in to ask how much longer it would be. And the lady on the front desk that’s shorter with braces and curly hair, was very unprofessional and said “I don’t understand why people come here on Valentine’s Day.” In a very rude tone. I understand it’s stressful and a lot of people. But we were being kind and just simply asking how much longer the wait is so we can expect only 10 min or another hour. This is extremely unprofessional. We are choosing to go somewhere else tonight because the attitude that lady had. We don’t want to be served by someone who is rude. It’s so unprofessional.

The host was so patient with my dad and that always makes me happy. The only issue I had was that the restaurant wasn't packed but they put us right next to another party.

I asked for aproxímate wait time and was told 30min… waited 50 min and the manager was blank and let a 10 people Party on front of us that just arrived it was his family and let them seat on are spot we left… he is racist bad place to go if u are not black…

Friday evening outing, great food, amazing customer service. Green Apple Sangria to top the evening off.!

Scraping the bottom of the service industry barrel here.
Bartender nearly made my manhattan with dry vermouth, until I stopped her. Had a gluten allergy, that she acknowledged, still messed our order with the wrong stuff.
Understood, a place like OG is difficult to staff with competent industry staff, but do better.
Employees like these are why crap chain restaurants close their doors.

Every time I order to go online and ask for extra dressing and cheese, not only is it not honored, all of the condiments and silverware are forgotten altogether. To go staff at this location need to do better at paying attention to any and all requests for online orders, and make sure you complete the basic steps of including ALL condiments for customers orders, this is so unacceptable for people paying good money for this food. Do better!!
