Tbone and cheddapeno sausage were really good.
Best and really only place in town for local, high quality meats. And I mean ALL the meats. Oliver's has everything and the 100+ years of experience shows.
Greatest local market in town. Their king salmon is always mouth watering and significantly more delicious than salmon from seafood markets that charge double the price. Oliver’s is truly a hidden gem.
This place rules. Guy behind the counter was super knowledgeable about which meat to use for homemade beef jerky and gave me some extra tips for slicing, etc. jerky came out amazing and the beef quality was unreal. Highly recommend and coming back much more often!
Great service and high quality products.
Went in there to get some oxtail and tell me why this man pulls out a WHOLE FREAKIN ox tail and sliced it right in front of me. The meatiest oxtail Ive ever had. I got home and my wife cooked it up and oh man this is the best oxtail I ever had. I mean compliments to my wife but this man is a master butcher and he has a great personality. He also seemed to be received well by his customers. Definitely coming back
Fantastic quality meats and even better service. In a city where everything feels and is new, this is a classic, long time family owned old school butcher shop like you’d find in Philly or Chicago. Not trying to be hip (even though they have 10/10 neon signs and equipment), just classic old school butchery and they always know how to cut something you need, just give them a day’s heads up. Need shaved ribeye for cheesteaks or bulgogi? Need skirt steak butterflied for braciole? They know exactly what to do and do it well.
I have gotten the best meats, cheeses and pickles at Oliver's for over 30 years. Why? Because it is the best. Even if the owners are feeble, and funny looking, the meats are still top notch.
Specialty items with amazing service
Whether for Holiday beef tenderloin or a big packer brisket to throw in the smoker, this is the place. Never been disappointed.

I recently started a protein focused diet and have been to this market twice now.Beautiful cuts.I've only tried the groundbeef, It is quite different in quality from what the grocery store supplies.Very personable staff, I was even complimented on my outfit. Will definitely continue to come back.
I would 1000% recommend it this place to anyone. I had a big order of skirt steak that I needed to make carne asada tacos with. It was for a birthday party. I called a few days in advanced to order it and both people I spoke to were really nice. The guy at the counter when I went to pick it up was also very nice. And the most important part, the steak was phenomenal!! They cut it great, they cleaned it great. Everyone at the party LOVED it and I even had a few people specifically asking where I got the steak from. 100% recommend this place. Great quality and customer service.

Wildly overpriced. $24+ for choice steaks (almost double what a supermarket charges). I can get grass-fed organic for less, or a choice steak cooked and prepared at a restaurant before tax and tip..
I had a nice evening, and they were very fast with my order!
