It’s truly hard to capture the essence of Onefold. I just moved to Denver from Miami… needless to say I have been extremely disappointed by the food scene here in CO. I have tried many highly ranked and renowned restaurants in the area and they just miss the mark or lack consistency. This can’t be further from the truth when it comes to Onefold. I saw the owner here today walking around and although I didn’t get to chat with her it was beautiful to see her dedication to this craft. The food is organic, seed oil free, carefully curated and out of this world. As someone who loves food and was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis, I know good quality when I see it and my belly sure knows if I made a mistake. I have never felt anything but fueled after leaving Onefold. Every dish I have tried has been unbelievable. The flour tortillas taste like a pancake/ crepe which melts in your mouth. The eggs are perfectly cooked. The potatoes cooked in duck fat are delightful. I can’t wait to try the OJ and crepe later this week. Thank you for giving me a place that feels like home, like health and like happiness here in my new place!❤️

Creative entrees! The duck congee and duck fried rice are both excellent! Their orange juice is freshly made on the spot and completely worth it. I prefer to sit at a table and be waited on rather than ordering at a counter so that is why I scored the service lower. (To be fair, they kindly bring the delicious food to your table when it’s ready.) Additionally, it gets rather warm in their Union Station location in the summer time.

The food I had here was absolutely delicious, I went with the duck soup because I wanted something light but I was kind of afraid I wasn’t going to get enough to eat because I am a hungry boy. My mind was put to ease the second that Shaun brought our food to the table. The bowl was filled to the brim with tons of meat and fixins to the point where I couldn’t even finish! The food tasted just as good as it looked too with incredible flavor. So happy we found this spot and Shaun was extremely nice and helpful along with the other staff members I interacted with. The only problem I personally had was what to pick because everything on the menu looked like a winner! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an awesome breakfast/lunch spot.

Loved this place! I ordered the breakfast portion of the bacon fried rice. It was delicious, and still a substantial size. The restaurant was very cute and well decorated with plenty of space. The staff was so kind! Would definitely eat here again 🍽️

OMG!!! I have yet to have a bad meal here or even an average meal. I’ve had the Crepes, Chinese Sausage Fried Rice, The Simple Breakfast, Duck Fried Rice plus others but today and last week I had the Breakfast Burrito with Chorizo Sausage and smothered in a green chile sauce and it was spectacular. Perfectly spicy and delicious. Oh, and their coffee is excellent as well. We get ours with Hazelnut syrup.

I love Onefold. The food is the highlight, the hash browns are so crispy. I mainly get the breakfast tacos. I enjoy this location as it isn't as cramped and has a nice casual upscale feel.
