Came back to Denver (my hometown) to visit, and my friend recommended this place. I was hesitant because I had not enjoyed some other ramen places around town. But she told me her Japanese friend suggested this place because the taste was authentic. And boy, was I sold! The food is so filling and flavorful. It's not too salty or under seasoned. All the ingredients, including the condiments, taste so fresh, like I could drink the soy sauce on its own. Anyway, I had it two days in a row and put my family on!??

Pleasantly surprised by:
- Noodle texture (perfect Japanese al dente)
- Service (sat the bar, good bartenders)
- General flavor and speed of service
- Drink specials

It was okay, I've just had better Ramen ? Needs some more flavor. Came because I saw it on TikTok and it was the closest Ramen spot near us. (TikTok search Ramen in Denver)

Overall decent. Service was quick and friendly. They did up-charge to premium liquor without us asking, costing us $7 extra for an already $12 drink ($19 total).
I’m no ramen guru but the food was pretty good to me. The bar could’ve been cleaned much better than it was.

Second time here. Really disliked the tonkatsu ramen broth this time... Tasted like salt water to me. Last time my fiance disliked the shoyu a lot.
Now there is also a sneaky 4% charge, like an extra kitchen staff tip? It's opt-out, Called the "living wage fee" - what are you supposed to do, tell you waiter you don't wanna pay them a living wage and opt out and feel like a jerk? How about raise the menu prices 4% instead of hiding a fee like that? Ugh

Arguably the best ramen I’ve ever had.

The food is intensely good. Some of the best broth you’ll find in Denver. Yum.

This kind of store will close down in the first month it opens in Osaka
- Soft-boiled eggs are totally wrong.
- No seaweed flakes
- The barbecued pork uses ordinary pork belly.
- The noodles are too hard
- Fried chicken and noodle soup are too salty

Ordered takeout from here and was pretty disappointed. The chicken in my ramen was cold, not room temp, but chilled (also I live across the street so I was eating this within 5 minutes of pickup). The staff was also pretty rude - which says a lot given it was a minimal interaction. Will be trying the new neighborhood spot in rino going forward.
I stopped by on my honeymoon road trip.
I had the soba (Summer Special Soba) and my partner had the soy sauce ramen.
I don't remember the price of the soba, but the ramen was about $17.
The soba noodles were very American in presentation, but the tea soba noodles inside were delicious. The noodles in the soy sauce ramen that my partner had were a little soft (maybe not chewy enough?), but I think the quality of the soup and ingredients was good for an American ramen restaurant. Reminds me of Japanese ramen shops. It was delicious.
The atmosphere was stylish and nice.
Lastly, I was a bit surprised to find out that when I paid, a 4% ``working person's living tax'' was already included in the price. I usually tip 20% on food and beverages, but since the staff had already tipped 4%, I decided to tip 16% this time... Food in America is getting too expensive, so it's difficult to pay about 25% as food tax (sweat)

We have been looking forward for this experience for several years. My son wanted to eat here for his 17th birthday. I really enjoyed the spicy chicken ramen. The spinach in the ramen was delicious! The chicken Kara age was amazing with a flavorful light breading. The dipping sauce was a perfect pairing. I liked the salad. My husband had the chorizo y chile ramen which was also good. One member of our party who also has the spicy chicken ramen felt like his tasted terribly compared to everyone else who had the spicy chicken ramen, so maybe a one off. Loved the ambiance like a true ramen house. Heaven was our server and did a decent job. I look forward to going back!

1 star for Ramen, 5 star for service. Decided to try Osaka Ramen since they won 1st place for Denver's Ramen, and was greatly disappointed. The broth has no flavor, and the ramen choices are not that great. Instead of giving you pork belly slices, they gave me grounded pork. Their menus did not indicate this. Recommend trying the 2nd place winner Neko Ramen or Volcano Ramen and Uncle. They also add a 4% living wage fee to your tab, which you can request they remove, but I just reduced my tip by 4%, no big deal.
