My husband and I have a tradition of going to PF Changs on Valentine’s Day, and we’ve done it every year for the past 15 years. Unfortunately, this year was probably the worst experience we’ve had. We usually give them some grace because we know Valentine’s Day is busy, but this honestly felt like the final straw for us. We ordered the Valentine’s Day special they were offering. It was supposed to include a “chef” inspired dish to start, followed by an appetizer, two entrees, and a dessert which is perfect for two people. We were disappointed right from the beginning. The “chef” inspired dish was their spicy tuna roll, served on a paper plate. It looked like something grabbed from a pack of Valentine-themed plates at the dollar store. It just didn’t feel special at all. From there, it only went downhill. Everything was extremely dry and it was apparent that food had all been cooked ahead of time. We couldn’t even finish our meal because it was that bad. After 15 years, we’ll be breaking our tradition and finding somewhere else to spend Valentine’s Day. My advice to management at PF Changs: stop cutting corners.

Great experience. Our party of five showed up after 8:00 p.m. after landing at the Denver airport. A lot of times, it seems like service and food quality isn't good that late in the evening but that wasn't the case here. The food was hot and fresh and the service was excellent. If you land at the Denver Airport and are looking for a good meal after 8:00 p.m., this is the spot!

We came in last night to celebrate our anniversary and it was right before closing time, but our bartender Keegan was super friendly and accommodating!! Definitely get a cherry blossom martini! Yum!! And the gluten free menu is amazing, so many options to choose from!! We will be coming back!

We were there for lunch. I had a soup which was good but the main course - beef with rice, was very poor. The rice was dry and chunky. I couldn't eat it at all, and a very small amount of beef, not similar to the manu picture at all.

P.F. Chang’s never disappoints! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, elegant, and inviting. The staff greeted us with genuine smiles and provided excellent service throughout the entire meal — attentive without being intrusive.
The food was absolutely incredible. Every dish came out fresh, beautifully plated, and bursting with flavor. The famous Chicken Lettuce Wraps were perfectly seasoned and crisp, and the Mongolian Beef was tender with just the right balance of sweetness and spice. Even the sides and sauces felt carefully crafted.
The cocktails and desserts were just as impressive — the perfect finishing touch to an already flawless dining experience. Whether you’re here for a casual night out or a special occasion, P.F. Chang’s delivers quality, consistency, and care every single time.
Highly recommend to anyone who loves bold flavors, great ambiance, and top-notch service. A definite 10/10!

I traveled to Denver to celebrate my son's birthday and this was his restaurant of choice. The food was delicious and the service was top notch! They even went all out with a festive sparkler and complimentary cake to help celebrate his birthday. I will definitely be back next time I visit!
