Relaxing coffee shop to meet up friends, have a conversation, read a book, and share a great coffee.

Wouldnt tell me what any of the pastries were even when I tried to explain I had an allergy. Was pretty mean about it right off the bat.

Always amazing
So much nostalgia at this place. There are a lot of coffee shops that come and go in Denver, but Pablo’s is a staple and a top favorite. Consistently good year after year.
I tried the drip black coffee and got a free refill, so I was able to try both the dark and light roast. I really enjoyed the darker blend myself. The atmosphere was really inviting and great for starting your day slowly. I also liked the art books they had around. It was interesting to see amazing art and read poetry through book #11.

Decent coffee but meager food selection. Would have been worth a visit to do some work at away from home but apparently this coffee shop doesn't have wifi for its customers.... in 2025.

Guess how much a small, extra hot almond milk chai cost? I'm all for supporting local businesses, especially during these difficult times, but $6.32 feels too much like price gouging. Continue to support small local businesses. Just be mindful. Unfortunately I won't be returning to Pablo's because I can get better value at other local coffee shops (or make at home). Sad. There was a time when I practically lived there during grad school. How I miss those days. Heavy sigh.

No wifi?! And coffee sucks. Ambience barely there. What’s the point of having a coffee shop where people have to use their own hotspot to work… what a joke
I stopped by Pablo’s Coffee on 6th Avenue while I was in Denver, and it had a really relaxed, welcoming vibe. The space felt comfortable to hang out in, and the staff was friendly without being over the top. I tried a latte, and it was smooth and well-made—definitely one of the better cups I’ve had in the area. It wasn’t too crowded when I went, so I could actually enjoy sitting for a bit and catching up on some reading. Overall, it felt like a solid local spot to grab good coffee without any fuss.

Been coming here consistently for more than ten years. It’s everything you’d want in a coffee shop. I especially love that there is no WiFi because more people talk and play games and make eye contact. A lot of the baristas have met my family and partners over the years because it’s such a staple in my life and rhythm. We also have the beans in our house constantly. Huge fan, Pablo’s pls never change.
Except I will say the one thing is the oat milk is not my favorite but other than that please never change haha

Truly a neighborhood gem. The staff has been here for the long haul and they care for the place like it’s their own. Not to mention excellent coffee.
When you walk into most coffee shops these days and order the same thing five times, you’ll get five different drinks. Not here…I order the same thing nearly every day and the quality control is as good as I’ve found. I know exactly what to expect which is not typical in coffee shops.
