I tried the drip black coffee and got a free refill, so I was able to try both the dark and light roast. I really enjoyed the darker blend myself. The atmosphere was really inviting and great for starting your day slowly. I also liked the art books they had around. It was interesting to see amazing art and read poetry through book #11.
Guess how much a small, extra hot almond milk chai cost? I'm all for supporting local businesses, especially during these difficult times, but $6.32 feels too much like price gouging. Continue to support small local businesses. Just be mindful. Unfortunately I won't be returning to Pablo's because I can get better value at other local coffee shops (or make at home). Sad. I stopped by Pablo’s Coffee on 6th Avenue while I was in Denver, and it had a really relaxed, welcoming vibe. The space felt comfortable to hang out in, and the staff was friendly without being over the top. I tried a latte, and it was smooth and well-made—definitely one of the better cups I’ve had in the area.
