Pablo's Coffee - East Colfax

Stopped in finally after passing by on my way to work for a while. This place rocks! The ladies working were super super sweet! The coffee was awesome and the atmosphere has an amazing chill vibe! Check it out !!!

I stopped in because of the 'bean thinking about you' sign. Also I am a small business owner on E. Colfax and need to stop going to Starbucks.

I'm going with 'Draegon' for the two employees working that I interacted with - amiable and readily creative when I gave adjectives of how I enjoy my lattes.

I've been converted. Better lait than never ;) !

I stop by Pablo's often on my way to work and I love all of the plants and the folks who work there are always nice. I usually get a flat white with oat and it's always made perfectly and sometimes I get the breakfast burrito and its delish!

Are out of town, easy to find. Very happy staff with smiles, veggies burrito packed even tho smaller than we liked, but very tasty. Had a blueberry scone, all very good, decaf espresso lovely. Will return tomorrow.

Large, very good coffeeshop with some pastries. The latte was smooth and tasty. When I was there the pastry selection was limited.

Service was fast and professional and the coffee came out quickly. The space has varied seating from a counter to tables to couches. They do have password protected Wi-Fi available for guests.

The parking lot accommodates more customers than the shop is likely to have at a given time so parking is not an issue.

Drinks were delicious! We orders their seasonal drinks but instead of coffee we substituted it for matcha. Honestly best drink I’ve had. We also got their blue berry score soooo yummy

I love this coffee shop. It feels like such an asset to the community. There are many regulars, and they have a great program to a bag free after purchasing six. I also love sitting in the coffee shop to study or read.

I found this place on a whim and it was the best find ever! Pablo's Coffee is full of natural light and there are so many plants! And I freaking love plants so this was a huge positive for me!

The staff are super kind and the lavender vanilla latte she recommend was delicious! The cheese danish on the other hand was just okay...which bummed me out because I'm a sucker for a good cheese danish. Although if it was warmed up, that might have helped! But I honestly still ate it all so it doesn't hinder my 4 stars at all!

Dietary restrictions: They do have some GF breads available!

Parking: They have their own parking lot with roughly 20-ish spots!

Kid-friendliness: They have a couple of games and toys for kids to play with, which is super adorable! The entire time I was there I saw a ton of families come in, most staying to sit at tables coloring and hanging out.

This place is wonderful! It’s so comfy and full of lots of plants. The chai and breakfast burritos here are outstanding. However, the hours are a bit more minimal than I would like and the seats are a bit uncomfortable. That said, it’s a great place to get some work done or catch up with a friend.

This place has the best coffee I've ever had and it's not even close! It kept me and many other students going during my PhD at Anschutz. Now that I've moved out of state, I'm having it shipped across the country because I still can't find anything that compares. Get some fresh brewed danger monkey, you won't regret it!
