One employee was super nice, but the other was very rude. Very off putting. Coffee was mediocre at best. Tables are super small and suitable for maybe one person to do some work. To top it off, there’s no WiFi.

Tried to do something special for myself this morning and grab a coffee to go while I was walking my dog. I walk past Pablo’s every day and decided today to treat myself. I have lived in cap hill for years and my dog loves running errands with me to all of the shops around here, and unless there is a sign saying otherwise, and most places have dog treats. So I was very off put this morning by going to Pablo’s, which from my perspective is surrounded by dogs most days, to be told they’re not allowed and I couldn’t even order my coffee and then immediately bring my dog outside. I get that dogs don’t belong everywhere, but given the how they’re treated in the broader community, a sign would be helpful.
Also, being yelled at by someone over 6ft as a 5’ tall person just is never cute. Especially at 10am. If you’re going to be so aggressive about it, put a sign on your door. Don’t be rude to someone who lives a block away and could have been a repeat customer.
But from the other reviews, sounds like the coffee is great, unfortunately I wasn’t allowed to order.

What can I say. Denver is a coffee shop sort of town ? and Pablo's Coffee did not disappoint. I prefer a simple drip coffee - call me old school - and it was really good. Clean welcoming space. Bright and wonderful service. I like the fact that you can sit outside and enjoy the sun, people, and myraid of dogs going by. Good coffee, good location - give Pablo's a try. You won't be disappointed ???

Best cortado in Denver hands down! Great neighborhood spot where, if you frequent it enough, you’ll be greeted by name and as a regular :-) Their beans are for sale in a full pound bag (love) and they are so. friggin. delicious! They offer a punch card program for drinks and bean purchases, so if you’re a coffee fiend, they gotchu!

Omg. Thank you to everyone who wrote the same review I was about to leave here. If you get the creative, bright Australian guy, you are going to have a wonderful morning. If you get the over-focused, intense, demanding guy (maybe autistic?), don’t take it personally. Just pretend you are a cow in the TSA check out at DIA (even if there is no line behind you.) Leave your joy and your mind outside the front door. Just try to answer robotically with a “Yes” or “No” and your morning won’t be as ruined by this guy. And yes, for the other reviews about the girl with dark hair—same. Just don’t take delight in her perfect latte art. Act like you are severely depressed to the point where you can’t utter a word or change your facial expression and you’ll get through it just fine. The other baristas are wonderful! And yes, the espresso does taste burnt often? Thanks to the reviewer who sent me over to Hudson Hill. I’ll try it out! And please, if anyone else loves a coffee shop around this area, please post, this place is unpredictable, depending on who is at the front counter.

Amazing coffee I would give more stars if I could.
I had an iced vanilla hazelnut latte w/ oat milk. Usually coffee places go pretty heavy on the syrup, but this one was so perfect and delightful I got to enjoy the amazing coffee taste with the hazelnut vanilla.
The raspberry scone was awesome too!

A cozy and friendly local neighborhood spot! Stopped by today at around 10:30 AM on my way out from Denver. I saw Vietnamese coffee on the menu so I asked the cashier/barista about it (sorry didn't get your name!) and he described it as an approximation of the coffee. The use the espresso blend and add condensed milk. I would say it was spot on! It didn't pack the punch of Vietnamese coffee that I get from spots in Orange County, CA, probably because it needs robusta beans, but it still gave me a the hints that I was craving. Thanks for your honesty my friend - I love your energy! We were in and out quickly and I definitely recommend this spot for coffee!
