We ordered lumpia, sisig ni kuya, chicken inasal, and lechon kawali. There was a minor issue with our order not reaching the kitchen , but someone came out and explained the issue and gave us some extra lumpia and pineapple juice. So sweet of them!
The lumpia was so tasty and crunchy! The chicken had that nice char from the grill and you can tell it was marinated and seasoned well! The sisig had soooo much flavor ! The lechon kawali was crunchy and delicious! Customer service is top notch and the food here is excellent!

Picked up lumpia, liempo and pancit and let me tell you, I haven’t tasted Filipino food like this since my Tita’s cooking. It’s as authentic as you can get! It’s amazing to have a Filipino bbq presence in Denver that is true to its roots. The owners are wonderful and their passion shows in the quality of their dishes. We’re having them for thanksgiving this year and we’re so excited!

I was born and raised in the Philippines. I eat filipino food almost every day. This is the only place in denver that I know of that I will be coming back to!! They nailed every dish and tasted like home.
I wish you guys have your own sit-down restaurant soon coz its that awesome. I dont like to give bad reviews on other restaurants but to any Filipinos out there here in Colorado, try to avoid Magna Kainan that just opened. Its not authentic, expensive, and very far. TRY PABORITO INSTEAD!! <3
100x way better than any Filipino restaurants in Colorado. I wish there s an option to order solo plate dish. Otherwise everything we ordered was legit.

My experience was so-so (somewhere between a 3 and 4 I guess). I'm not a Filipino food expert but I've had it enough to have a baseline.
I ordered the lechon kawaii combo so I got to try a few things.
The pork was generally tender and not too dry. The sauce was solid but unexceptionable.
The lumpia was lumpia, which is to say that it tasted good.
The pancit was lacking. I ate all of it but it left something to be desired.
The rice was really flavorless and didn't add anything to the meal. Maybe replace with garlic rice?
The pickles (I don't know the official name) weren't great.
The location felt kind of sketchy. I'm not super familiar with that part of town so maybe it's not but I wouldn't feel super comfortable coming at night.

Paborito is delicious Filipino food! My heritage is Filipino and I now live somewhere that has no Filipino food for sale (if I want some I make it at home), so anytime I’m in a proper city, I search for it. I’ve never seen Java rice before, but I am familiar with the yellow color that comes from annatto because I’ve used it for palabok. We had the sisig and pork bbq skewers. Both were delicious! It came with achara (pickled unripe papaya), vinegar onion sauce, and a dipping sauce for the lumpia. The pancit was great. I don’t normally like sisig but this one was so good, it had the sile (Asian chilis), some chicharron, and a creamy sauce. So good! I definitely recommend it.
810 Vallejo is a pickup only kitchen in a not great part of town (abandoned warehouses, trash, transient). I’ve never seen a place like this where there are 20 kitchens you can order from, and then in half an hour it comes out in a locker or at the front desk. You order on a screen and pay on it. The lobby reminds me of when the protagonist of a movie is in a dream experience and some godlike entity is sending them a quest or message but needs to appear to them in a way they understand, and it’s a kind of generic lobby of a place in the middle of nowhere. The flow of door dashers and grub hub folks is steady, only a handful of us ordered in person. So, if you order from here and aren’t familiar with this concept, don’t get scared like us. Better yet, order ahead of time so it’s ready when you need it. We waited about half an hour for our two dishes. There’s a sign that says to ask for utensils or napkins because the front desk doesn’t carry them, but the lady gave them with our food without us needing to ask.
Paborito’s food is worth the wait! The price is a little steep (just under $20 each for takeout), but if you’re in a Filipino-barren place then it’s definitely worth it.

Took forever to do an order. 45 mins for an order of 5 minutes.
Food is just okay. I grew up in the Philippines and I know what good Filipino food is.

I was very impressed with the taste, very delicious. I’m kind of picky with ordering Filipino food because it’s my ethnicity and I grew up with it. I was humbly surprised that I enjoyed it all. Their take on sisig was great! Pork belly was a hit and the shanghai lumpia was also awesome. Their home made atsara sauce was good too. Thank you for serving delicious Filipino food.

Authentic Filipino taste! Even the condiments tastes like home. My favorite is the lechón kawali, karekare and sisig. The crispy pork is done right. Each meal is generously portion. The pork and chicken barbecue are juicy. It’s my go to dinner for when don’t want to cook.
