The perfect amount of char on the pork, the right amount of acidity and sweetness from the pineapple and lime, and two(the right amount) damn near translucent corn tortillas that were a kiss from God himself to perfectly accompany the exact right amount of onions and cilantro. If I’m rating it based solely on these tacos, it’s a solid 5. A must try for any tacos Al pastor lover.
