Place sucks man, they don't know how to prioritize customers. There is obviously bad training in play. Instead of getting 4 people out of the East this person is alone making orders for something else. Tells us we have to wait 6 minutes and stands there like we're going to turn around and leave I'm on lunch break and I'm definitely going to have to shovel good in my mouth. This happens often please train your staff in customer property.

This place is not a happy place. The saving grace are the veggie egg rolls .They where out of half the food and it was only 2 hours before they close.

Ordered food online, drove to the store and still had to wait till the WHOLE line was taken care of before they even attempted to make my food. Then Told me half of the items I ordered they were out of… this place is ran by kids…
We are regular customers here and usually have a good experience, but today's visit for a take-out Family Pack was disappointing.
The person who helped me was very nice, which was appreciated. However, the quality and portions need improvement. The Beef and Broccoli was over 80% just broccoli with very little beef. Also, for a Family Pack meant for five people, we only received four fortune cookies, which was a minor disappointment for my children who like to share.
I hope these issues with portioning and attention to detail can be addressed soon.

Waited in the drive-thru for 24 minutes at 7pm on 10/26. There was 5 cars. The other week the drive -thru was randomly closed.

This place is terrible for quick orders. The service is extremely slow. I would not recommend going here if you’re wanting to quickly order food. Dedicate 30mins just for waiting in the drive through.

At this point just shut this place down. The in competent kids there can’t even listen to simple orders. Then when you call they want you to drive 20min back down to remake the food otherwise oh well.

This restaurant is very disappointing. They never seem to have the full menu available every time I visit, several items are “not available.” On top of that, the portions they serve are small and don’t feel worth the price. Service might be okay, but the overall experience leaves you feeling like you didn’t get what you paid for. Definitely not a place I’d recommend unless they improve both consistency and portion sizes. My plate had barely any noodles. *sigh*

The app says 9:30 the door says 9:30 it opens, I placed my order on the app got a text saying it was ready, came to the store and it’s all locked up. So I called the store and the guys said they open at 10am. So why does the app and the door says 9:30am?
