Waited in the drive-thru for 24 minutes at 7pm on 10/26. There was 5 cars. The other week the drive -thru was randomly closed.

This place is terrible for quick orders. The service is extremely slow. I would not recommend going here if you’re wanting to quickly order food. Dedicate 30mins just for waiting in the drive through.

At this point just shut this place down. The in competent kids there can’t even listen to simple orders. Then when you call they want you to drive 20min back down to remake the food otherwise oh well.

This restaurant is very disappointing. They never seem to have the full menu available every time I visit, several items are “not available.” On top of that, the portions they serve are small and don’t feel worth the price. Service might be okay, but the overall experience leaves you feeling like you didn’t get what you paid for. Definitely not a place I’d recommend unless they improve both consistency and portion sizes. My plate had barely any noodles. *sigh*

The app says 9:30 the door says 9:30 it opens, I placed my order on the app got a text saying it was ready, came to the store and it’s all locked up. So I called the store and the guys said they open at 10am. So why does the app and the door says 9:30am?

Horrible service, what's causing the hold up at the drive thru. I thought it was suppose to be fast. Never again

What a bunch of entitled fairies in the reviews man. Good Lord lol the food isn't the best but it's not as bad as people are saying. It's PANDA EXPRESS not fine dining.

This has to be the worst Panda Express in the Denver area. Employees were rude and seemed to be in a rush. The worst thing about this location is the high school across the street. This place fills up with rude and disrespectful little teenagers around lunch time. By the time I got my food there was a 20+ person line out the door. Food was warm, not hot. Overall, I would never come back to this location. If you really want Panda, drive to a better location.

I used to go here for lunch but it was over run with high school kids. Now, they just lock the doors and everyone has to go through the drive thru. The food has been getting worse through the years. And the customer service is getting worse too. Please, please Corporate Office, shut this location down and move it somewhere else. This corner by the school is a lost cause.

Went through the drive-thru, and I was told it would be 10 min wait for the dish I wanted...bummer, but ok... Then, get to the window and hand her my card as she tells me that the dish I ordered was "too hard to make." Which I was shocked by and immediately questioned... then she rudely clarified it was too frozen to be able to heat up, and I would have to pick something else... orange chicken is fine. I got my food, and they missed the egg roll I asked for. At least, they didn't charge me for it. I have tried this Panda many times since it opened because it is conveniently located for a work lunch, but it is always a subpar panda at best. I also think they have bad water or something because a lot of their dishes have a weird taste, especially noticible in the chow mein. They are rude, unprofessional, and literally do not care about the customer at all. They either need some serious employee training/customer service policy overhuals or offer better pay to recruit competent staff.

I ordered a plate with fried drive and chow main, and my partner got fried rice. The rice was totally hard pretty much uneditable my beef and broccoli tasted burnt. And the girl who was at the drive thru window was very very rude. 01/27/25 @8:40 pm.

Man, should've looked at reviews and should've taken my gut instinct when it was filled and I mean filled with local HS kids. I decided, well noone was in the drive-thru, let me skip all those kids, well I got what I deserved I guess. Paid extra for the Black pepper steak x2 and tried the Blazing Bourbon Chicken with chow mein .......... received maybe 1 serving of the steak in the 2 plate box and the half an order of the bigger plate smaller take out box with the chicken ..... I should've taken a pic of that, but I didn't. The beef was dry and not good and probably was old since most High Schoolers I wouldn't think would pick it. As for the noodles, I saw on the receipt it said rice and sure enough, I got rice and when I brought it up to the person at the window they got irritated and gave me this , see pic, they wanted me to have rice. It stinks to write this because I do try and support Panda Express because of the owners values and how they take care of their employees but this is not a location I will be visiting again.

I have ordered from this place several times for my work lunch, and each time I deviate from Orange Chicken, I get some of the worst food I could pay for. Messy and soggy portions that are barely lukewarm. A coke that was the single fattest drink I have ever had. I do not think this location has any modicum of quality control and simply coasts off the brand name. I will not be ordering here anymore, I wanted to give them a chance, but it's just not improving.
