Just went in to pick up a mobile order and even though their staff saw me walk in they basically didn't acknowledge me up until 2 mins later as they were too busy gossiping. When they handed my food it seemed like i was an inconvenience as she basically tossed the food at me and gave me a side eye. Not to mention the portion i got was super small. I order a bowl with shrimp and rice and there was barely any shrimp in it. Shame that this is one of the few places that this excuse of a mall food court has.

Being from our of town didn't know the restaurant was in a mall. They even said they had drive up. Well best I could tell they didn't have a drive up cause to get into the mall you had to pay for parking. I went somewhere else.

Wish I could leave a review about the food, but after waiting 10 minutes while the employees only focused on door-dash order, I left. I stood in a line of four people at the ordering point, but the workers were only staring at printed receipts placed on the counter, filling them one by one, ignoring us. Not enough workers, I assume. Seriously, after 10 minutes, we left and went to a different place.

The young Asian girl at the front is so rude and has no patience. First off a plate slipped out of her fingers and fell on me didn’t even try to say sorry or nothing after I even picked it up for her NO hello, sorry, no nothing matter of fact she started acting rude after the incident she was yelling “what do you want, what else?” Couldn’t even look at me straight in the eye.

We ordered our food at 12:22pm and we didnt even get our order, it is now 1:49 pm almost and hour and a half over the time we ordered. When we called the store they said that the first uber driver stole the order and they didnt even remake or call us to notify if something was wrong. We had to call them to find out. Now me and my girlfriend are stuck trying to find something to eat. This has happend multiple times unfortunately and it is sad that it had to get to this point.We are extremely disappointed at panda express and uber. Do better its not hard to communicate people.

I rarely share my opinion on here but felt I had too today! This store has gone downhill! They don’t focus on the customer at all! My chicken was half raw today couldn’t even eat it! Every time I go in the dishes are empty and it takes forever to get your food! They look lost and confused! Really disappointed and had to share so other people can avoid this from happening!

Martin was excellent at the drive up window. Very quick, and clear on the mic/speaker. He was even able to quickly add on a side at the window when I forgot to order it with my meal.
