They say the open 11 Am but they 11:30 AM
To be realistic they don’t respect time

Food was amazing, good portions and well seasoned, and even that all staff members were through a rush hours they were all friendly and polite.

Ordered the noodles and got mouthfuls of cabbage. I ate like 10 noodles in the entire bowl. It was basically a cabbage salad with one noodle per three bites.

Very unprofessional place they opened late on Sunday and when they did open they didn’t have any food ready and the employees were so rude !! When they should have been at least nice about opening late !!

Food was good. One poor girl doing all the work, with a huge line - while everyone else is cleaning up 45 minutes before closing. Manager is useless, and “Joe needs to go” incredibly rude to me and other customers. He needs to stay far away from customers. Keep Joe in the back.

tldr; If you want to place a pick up order use a Third Party app not the Panda Express app expect to way awhile if you do.
Food was good which wasn't all that surprising to me. My issue and the reason I am rating so low is only because I waited 40 mins for my food after my pick up time. Doordash/GrubHub seemed to have no issues coming in and picking up there order but my order I placed through the Panda Express app took 40 mins after the pickup time to be given to me.
I have had this happen before but figured it was a one off occurrence, apparently not.

I am really disappointed with Panda. I tried several different locations, hoping to find one that cooked with better balance, but every single branch had the same problem: the food is overwhelmingly salty.
The excessive use of salt not only ruins the natural flavor of the dishes but is also harmful to health — high sodium intake can increase blood pressure and damage the kidneys over time.
Good food should be balanced and enjoyable, not drowned in salt. Sadly, Panda failed to deliver this at every location I visited. I truly hope they will reconsider their recipes and adjust the seasoning so customers can enjoy a proper meal without worrying about their health.

Just went in to pick up a mobile order and even though their staff saw me walk in they basically didn't acknowledge me up until 2 mins later as they were too busy gossiping. When they handed my food it seemed like i was an inconvenience as she basically tossed the food at me and gave me a side eye. Not to mention the portion i got was super small. I order a bowl with shrimp and rice and there was barely any shrimp in it. Shame that this is one of the few places that this excuse of a mall food court has.
