Waited in line for 5 min before knowledge. Just poor customer service. Rude up front
This place consistently closes before closing time listed, don’t go an hour before close
This Panda Express is pretty solid and Daisy on mornings is the sweetest! Her customer service makes me come back to this location.
Food was not prepared well.
Ordered online thinking I could stop by, pick up my order & bail. Placed my order at 3:02 & pick up would be at 3:15. Got there at 3:15 with a long line of people waiting on their order. Got regular rice instead of fried & didn't get out of there until 3:32. Custom service was great but extremely slow.
I went to panda and I order on the drive true 4 plates 3 minutes later the lady on the window told me to moving forward because i holding the line and someone is going to bring the food to my truck I was waiting about 10 minutes then I walk in and I see 3 plates already served then i look on the teriyaki place and that was empty I think ok I’ll be waiting about 15 minutes maybe is ready about 10 minutes after I ask the girl excúseme those 3 plates is from my order right and she say yes we just waiting for the teriyaki chicken and I told her why you don’t tell me when I order is going to be about 15 to 20 minutes wait for the teriyaki so that way is my decision if I want to wait now those other three plates is Ben there for about 15 minutes by the time the teriyaki is ready those plates is going to be cold you should wait to do all the plates on the same time or you should tell about the waiting time for the teriyaki you just say to pull forward because I was holding the line and you guys bring the food to the truck just give me orange chicken and she said sorry I can give you a drink or two egg rolls free for the inconvenient and I told her I just want my food

It's always consistent. The value is there for sure. The super greens are a great option. If you don't want to eat the rice or the chow mein. Put a little soy sauce or some other sauce on there and it's a nice little veggie helping.
Portions are great and I've always had a good experience with my service there, specifically Romy. She's always very friendly and has great energy.
I'll keep going back for sure.

Romy is so awesome. Very polite and professional. When she is there, the food is always fresh and service is great even when they are slammed. She gave me a drink while a waited. Hard to get any kind of service with a chain she is something special.

Ordered 2 bigger plates but got shorted an entre on each plate

We ordered the family pack and one of the choices we got was the beef and broccoli and when we got home, we got a box full of broccoli. As you can see in the second picture I finally found some so called piece of beef after digging around and taking some broccoli out.This was disappointing since I ordered BEEF and broccoli not broccoli and broccoli. I don't recommend this restaurant. Spend your money elsewhere.

be sure to check your drive-thru order so you don’t get shorted - especially if the girl is staring at her phone the whole time you are waiting for your food.
Tried this panda express three times now. The employees just don't give me enough time to say my order and usually get something incorrect like asking for a plate and getting a double meat and charging me for a side meat when I only wantethone of each. One time I tried ordering but my cashier only spoke Spanish and charged me 5 dollars for a charity I never wanted to donate to.

I ordered early in the app to save time. After I drove to the store, I let the lady know my name and what I ordered. She refused to give me my food. She claimed she couldn't give it to me without seeing the order on my phone, which I didn't have on me, even though when I ordered it didn't say anything about that on the app. I had to leave the store to get my phone and return to pick up my food. When I got it, every item had a sticker with my name on it. This whole thing was avoidable and a big waste of my time. Probably won't come back to this location again.
