I love this place because they have a drive-through and the staff is always super friendly. They are also really fast with their orders so I don't have to be sitting there waiting for too long.

Bernise had the most wonderful customer service skills and was such a breath of fresh air to talk to! The cafe is welcoming and the interior was clean, and we liked the variety of seating available. Our food at this location was the best Panera we’ve had so far, made with care and tasted fresh even late into the night. I could not recommend this Panera on 38th Ave. enough!

9$ for one piece of carrot is crazy🤣 not even one pieces of noodles or chicken!!!! ordered chicken noodle soup and look what i got!!!! they didn’t even tell me they out of ingredients in the soup!!!! never back again! don’t recommend, just waisting money 👎👎👎 service was also bad too!!!

I do not understand what is wrong with this place - they get the order wrong, deliver food almost an hour late, have poor communication, and seem totally indifferent to how bad they mess up. Why even have a restaurant? Why are they even trying?

why did I pay six dollars for a parfait that has 3 tablespoons of yogurt in it. I’m not joking. the strawberry banana smoothie is eight dollars for a very small cup that probably takes at the most $1.80 to make. i bought an apple and it’s all bruised and TINY. just outrageous prices if you’re buying for two you will inevitably spend upwards of $45. they have major quality issues here and do not respect your hard earned money. you do not get what you pay for. not to mention it’s mostly self serve with their self order screens so why are you paying so much for absolutely shitty quality food and zero service

I have a unlimited sip membership and always come here in the morning on the way to work. I must say so far they have taken care of me. The workers always offer me a drink cup before I have the chance to ask. Very efficient.

We went to Panera Bread today. There were no towels or soap in the women’s restroom. There were also dirty dishes and bowls on 2 tables.

This place is absolutely terrible! I’ve given them way too many chances to improve, but it’s getting ridiculous. I ordered a danwich for delivery today, and when the bag arrived at my doorstep, it was empty. The sticker was still intact, so they clearly didn’t bother checking the bag at the restaurant. I’m so sick of the terrible customer service at this store. Save your money and go somewhere else, folks.
