Staff is slow and inattentive. Nobody around when I walk in, as is normal when I come to this store. And they were out of almond milk today so they offered me half and half. Not an option for this lactose intolerant patron.

“Can I get two large Pepsi’s?” Associate says “we’re out of large cups, but we have coffee cups.” I reply, “I don’t care what cup you put it in.” Long review short, left with no food. Associate was too “confused” to get me a Pepsi. Also, they were out of tomato soup! Terribly trained associates and terrible ordering by management obvious all in one visit! Went elsewhere.

Normally love Panera, but just went through the drive-thru this afernoon. Ordered a Green Goddess Chicken Cobb salad. The container was only half full and they forgot the chicken! I was the only one in the drive - thru so they shouldn't have been that distraced. Very disappointed.

Whoever made my dinner tonight is wonderful. My sandwich was gorgeous. The soup was hot and steamy and so delicious. I’ve been going there for 3 years and tonight they out shined any other visit. I was so impressed! Thank you x 100.

Coffees pretty good. The food is mediocre at best, and astonishingly expensive. I have no idea how people can afford to eat here.

How can anyone eat this overpriced hospital food? This was the most disappointing sandwich I've had in a while.

First time having Panera Delivered. I chose a time frame of 11:30-11:45 with Broccoli Cheddar Soup, 1/2 Grilled Cheese and a (free) baguette. I ordered a garlic sauce for my sandwich, which did not arrive. Soup was less than 1/2 a bowl. No utensils. Delivery arrived at 11:15. Meal was 16.48. With tax (1.32) Convenience Fee (?) (1.10) Delivery ($1) and a tip, I did NOT know about... total came to 21.08. I feel this was a bit expensive for the small quantity.

First time trying Panera and will never be back! I looked through the menu before going through the drive thru I wanted the premium family feast which clearly stated it was $41 online. The employee got my order wrong, apologized and stated she was new and didn’t know how to order that. She called the manager (older blonde lady). The manager was very unprofessional and rude. I had to repeat my order 5-6 times. When they finally got my order right the bill came back to $81! The employee called the manager again and we could clearly hear them arguing behind the window. Online it didn’t specify if it was just an online deal or why it was just $41. At the end of the day what bother me the most was the manager’s attitude. She clearly doesn’t know how to provide costumer service nor treat the employees right.$81 for just half sandwiches is insane. Settled for 2 full sandwiches and a soup. Food was okay at best, not much flavor, soup tasted like canned soup, and after all this they gave my partners BLT without bacon! Panera is not worth it.

I love Panera, and the workers here are so friendly and nice! My cashier Bernice, was so kind and friendly she went above and beyond!! Not only that, but the cooks were having so much fun while cooking! They were very fast and efficient while having fun. Sorry this is kind of wordy but I don’t know how else to put it.

It is NOT a good value and the food is okay at best. This has nothing to do with the location, that's just how it is.The service at this location however was slow and then I was glad I checked my order because the bread bowl was missing. The bread bowl I had to pay $3 for because I wanted a bowl of soup instead of a cup that normally comes with the bread bowl. But instead of being able to upcharge the difference of a cup and a bowl of soup (1$ difference if only buying soup) I had buy a bowl of soup and then a bread bowl on the side for $3 more. ??And don't mistakenly set the buzzer they give you on the counter and not in the basket off to the side when retrieving your order or you'll get a dirty look from the people who seems so thrilled to be there. We only went because my kids came home with coupons from school for free soup. If they bring them home again we most likely will not be going again. If I ever go again I absolutely will not consider tipping anyone until we are actually done because I would take the tip I left back if I could considering the poor service we ended up with.Basically don't bother going unless it's free and even then you get what you paid for.

Literally waiting in the drive-through for like 20 minutes for one drink pick up mobile order and there was like three cars in front of me. They are super slow at the window. I would not recommend the drive-through at this place.

PANERA PAY YOUT PEOPLE MORE MONEY!The service was excellent and for the OUTRAGEOUS prices you charge for a meal they deserve more!I am happy to say goodbye to Panera because these prices are ridiculous and so are the small sizes. $20-30 per person for one meal and doesn’t equal a 5 star restaurant is ridiculous

Received the wrong order in the drive thru & didn't realize it till I got home (receipt on the bag showed the right order, and the person even confirmed what I'd ordered while handing it to me). I was in a hurry, so didn't have time to correct it. Also, even if it had been correct, I'm shocked to realize how much prices have gone up at this place (a chain I used to actually enjoy but haven't frequented in a while)...well beyond its value.

Every time I go in there it seems to be going downhill a little bit more and more. I got French onion soup which is usually amazing and it was bland there wasn't even any cheese on top, it's like they just don't care anymore. Definitely for the price I am choosing other places to eat now.
