Havenāt eaten Panera in a while because $17 for 1 cup of soup and half a sandwich is crazy! But I decided to give in yesterday. This is such a pathetic excuse for a sandwich. Never again! How is this company still in business?!?

Just a report on this specific visit where the perfect storm of three whole customers results in a seven minute wait to order a paper cup, and then two out of four self serve coffee pots are empty. So, despite the appearance of a tight operation, this design flaw always lingers at panera, and you can start your peaceful morning cafe visit in this very aggravating fashion.
If the Service is awful, coffee is way worst! Overpriced and terrible quality. Do not visit this place!

Even though it's overpriced, you can get some good deals with the SipClub and rewards. I like using the kiosk, the food never takes long, and the staff is friendly.
The staff behind the counter had that ānot my job attitudeā they saw me and my girlfriend walk in and wait at the counter until the cashier returned, they didnāt attempt to get person or address us. The cashier was friendly, and personable but distracted by something in the back of house which resulted in us waiting at the point of sale for an unreasonable amount of time while people behind the counter (cooks or something) socialized with each other.

Panera is awesome! I really enjoy having their yummy soups in a breadbowl. But they also have plenty of other delicious menu items. The ambiance is inviting and relaxed. The staff are friendly and prepare your order quickly.
