Even though it's overpriced, you can get some good deals with the SipClub and rewards. I like using the kiosk, the food never takes long, and the staff is friendly.

My hands were dirty from changing my spare tire in the parking lot, so I wanted to wash them before ordering. However, they refused to let me wash my hands first and insisted that I place an order first. I didn’t want to touch my wallet or there ordering screen with dirty with greasy hands, but they wouldn’t budge. So, I walked over to McDonald’s, where they let me wash my hands without making a purchase. Good for McDonald’s—Panera Bread sucks.

Ordered a bowl of chicken noodle, an Agave lemonade and an untoasted cinnamon raisin bagel. Did not recive the bagel at all, the soup was LITERALLY just broth and a single carrot slice, nothing else. When I called to say my bagel was not delivered I was told the most they could do was MAIL ME A COUPON. I wanted a bagel, not a coupon.

I come here all the time to get work done, and it's always a good atmosphere with great service. I particularly appreciate how hard the manager (Jeff) works to make everyone feel welcome, and he's always pitching in to help with all the mundane tasks around the shop. You can tell he takes pride in his work. All the employees have been helpful and kind, and the food is always great!

I come here every morning for my sip club drink. The staff is fantastic most know me by name, and the manager memorized my number to make it super easy for me. 10/10 would recommend and the Passion Papaya Iced Green Tea is the best part of my morning.
