Ordered for delivery. Was able to order unavailable items was still charged for items. Received delivery late and with multiple question marks next to items NOT in the delivery bag and was never notified and still charged for items not in delivery. One of two food items in the delivery wasn’t my order and the egg in the sandwich was frozen in the center.

I ordered a Mediterranean bowl and the ratio of all the ingredients was very off. Way too much humus and yogurt - felt like I was eating a thick soup with a few pieces of vegetables. There were 2 small pieces of chicken and 4 olive halves - very disappointed.

16$ for a Chicken green goddess salad takeout, with hardly any chicken and bacon, I got pure greens I asked for extra dressing and your containers you serve it in are ridiculously tiny, you guys give more to people who dine in than those who order delivery and takeout for the same dang price. Just another big brand business profiting 30x more because of inflation.??♀️??♀️??♀️ I hope you guys at least pay your workers enough, they ALL look miserable ??????And your name is called Panera Bread, at least try to serve your bread fresh and not stale ??

Did not have coffee for a meeting with 35 adults! Jumped on the Panera app, ordered two carafes of coffee. The time showed extra to get it done. It was done well before the estimated time. All the extras w cups, stirrers, sugars and creamers! Packaged so nice in a huge heavy duty Panera bag. What could have been a disaster...ended up making everyone feel special! Thank you Panera!

Food was cold not even warm. Coffee was good ? but chairs and tables weren’t clean plus no large trash bins—our trash wouldn’t fit through trash hole. Plus, couldn’t get in bathroom without a code and I threw out my receipt too soon—silly rule for busy mornings.
