Not worth the money. A bowl of soup only provided 2 tablespoons of actual solid food while the rest was liquid.

I rode the Diamondbacks at Kings Island and it was so fun would recommend but it didn't have bagels like Panera

Just filthy. It would not take that much to have someone wipe tables and vacuum the floors. The food is okay(I've had better food on a plane) but the lack of clean tables makes the whole experience a let down. Long gone are the days of good food and service.

Staff is rude. Will keep you in the drive thru for 15 mins simply because they know you are in a rush. Do not waste your money here

Our group orders their lunch and drinks. After we pay, we walk over to the drink dispenser to find a sign that identifies: No Carbonation/No Soda.

Quality customer service would have identified the issue BEFORE we were allowed to order our drinks.

When the group returned to the register, the Manager's feedback...get Tea instead.

His feedback speaks volumes as to their customer service.

Had issues with a sip club order at the drive thru and then by the time we got to the window they remembered to make our drinks... after I told them again what we had ordered.

Decided to grab family soup on the go and was told it's four cups. No, it's it's one container and we weren't given spoons. Defeated the purpose of grabbing a quick lunch while in the middle of a move and everything is packed.

Tried one of their new bagel sandwiches. Sadly, very disappointing. I did order it through the app and picked it up in the drive thru so maybe they didn’t care much about the appearance or substance of the sandwich.
But for the price that has to be paid now at Panera, this thing was just pathetic. Only about 1/2 of the protein advertised (I know, you can’t trust the pictures but c’mon), and that 1/2 the amount of protein only covered a part of the inside of the sandwich. Plenty of arugula, so just make it an arugula sandwich. The Asiago condiment was pretty messy and also lacking. You could tell this thing was made hastily and without purpose.
I’ve eaten at this Panera before, never had an issue with the service, they’ve always been prompt and friendly. But like I said, for the price, I will not be ordering this again. And overall prices are enough to consider just skipping the place altogether.

Painful interaction with the girl behind the counter... Says "whaaaat?" After everything I say. Ridiculously overpriced. Online ordering ahead was supposed to shorten my time but that was not easy to do initially anyway because the app is not user friendly at all. I wanted to try this location because the last location I went to I was directed to microwave my own cold soup, which is a joke. What am I paying for here? Sorry this will be my last attempt to visit here for any location.

If you’re thinking, hey have t had Panera in a while, I wonder if they have gotten any better? Nope. Better off going to literally anywhere else. We received broccoli cheddar soup when we ordered chicken noodle (wife has a dairy allergy too!), and the shorted us the baguettes, which might be the only thing that would have saved this disappointing meal.

This is the second time in two weeks that I have ordered a pick up and there is something missing. Last week it was two bags of chips That I had to ask for and today was a whole sandwich. I was checking the bag and the girl got snotty with me at the window acting like I was dumb for checking my order reassuring me that everything was there just to call me 10 minutes later and tell me that they forgot my sandwich. It’s not that hard to make sure everything is in the bag. Especially when it’s not busy at all. I will not be returning to this location. The food is amazing, but the service exact opposite.
