Barely any cheese on A GRILLED CHEESE, for 17$? Next time I’ll make it myself.

We stopped going to Panera's a few years ago because we felt the food quality was declining and not worth our effort, BUT after reading about the revamped menu, we decided to try it again, and what a surprise! We had 3 people in our party, and each sandwich was fantastic! We even purchased 2 loaves of bread as we left! We are re-adding Panera's as a place we look for when we're hungry!

Lol. This was $22.
Damn, I used to love Panera when I went in my hometown. But Panera has been bought up by private equity and it shows.
Save $15 bucks and get a premade sandwich at a grocery store instead. Or if you want a better, local sandwich with quality ingredients, then go to snarf's

I paid 12 dollars for a tiny sandwich, inside the tiny half of a sandwich was one single chunk of chicken that im not even kidding was like a piece of rubber. I couldn't even pull it apart. Ive never had chicken that texture. I had to take it out and just eat the sandwich with no meat since it was expensive.

Really nice crew! Thanks for being so friendly!
Ciabatta dipper comes with little to no sauce. When I asked a server about this, he responded “Dawg, that’s how it comes…”

First time at Panera and Caleb W made it extremely pleasant! He was very helpful in explaining the menu and gave us fantastic recommendations

The broccoli cheddar is surprisingly nice. I had it in a breadbowl and that made me quite happy. It seemed like the folks working were really working hard (maybe too hard, schedule one or two more people on Sundays for these guys!) and they were really friendly.

The only reason I continue to go to Panera is that there are no other fast food restaurants that sell decent soup. Decent, not great. The food is mid. They WILL give you the wrong order, so check it before you leave. Often out of menu items/ingredients as well. As soon as I find quick takeout soup elsewhere, I will no longer be a Panera customer.

Restaurantji Recommends
Staff is rude, restaurant is dirty, napkins and drink machines are broken. Would not recommend this location.
Amazing Service!! I don’t often review but this was the quickest, and most kind service I have received from a fast casual restaurant in my life! They are doing something good!! Keep it up

I don't care how busy it is, your staff is just rude. If you don't want to work with people, get a job that isn't customer facing.

Too frequently, I arrive home with my pickup order missing items. Panera costs 50% more than competing places, and this happens a lot. They're happy to fix it if I drive back but I only do that if it's one of the kids' orders. These days I generally reject requests to get food from here due to this persistent problem, but relented today and am again the only one without dinner.
If you go here, plan to eat inside so you can get your full order. Also note that I've had this problem from most Panera locations I've tried, so it's not local to this store.
