The worst service !! A new glazed cinn Amin roll without frosting for well over 5$. Story told me that it was wonderful until I uncovered a truth. Beginning early April a new menu and doubtful baked in store but delivery determines new items and how prepared. I'll never go again. It's a fast food food way of doing food! I was told that "sorry, but living in Denver is expensive" . Like telling me "too bad" Take it or leave. It!!! I left it!!!!!

I had a great time there. Clint is the nicest employee and really knew how to answer all of my questions. Seriously, Clint is just awesome.

As many have mentioned mediocre food at best, the soup we received was not warm and portion sizes are very limited. Rude service with pickup for asking for extra dressing and clarifying drink cup sizes. Extremely overpriced and not worth the money, it was $45 for 2 pick two meals plus 2 regular drinks.

Waited in the drive through line for about 20 minutes could not even change my mind and get out of the line because I was in the middle of all these cars and I don't know what the issue is but very poor

Visited this location for in store pick up. Staff was OK. Food was not on the counter where it was to be expected. It was actually behind the counter. Ordered the chipotle chicken breakfast sandwhich. It was tasty with the chipotle. Makes the other sandwiches seem bland.

I frequent this Panera more than I should admit and the food is always spot on and delicious. I never eat inside so my employee interaction is very low compared to my sourdough consumption. Tonight we ordered delivery and there was a small hiccup in our order - not a big deal but we did call just to make sure we didn't pay for something we didnt receive. When I tell you that John went above and beyond to make things right, that's an understatement. My husband and I were so blown away by how great he treated us and the measures he took to make up for the whoopsie. John, thank you so much for your hospitality! If I wasn't already hooked on the food, I'd still keep coming back because of you. We hope something great happens to you very soon!

Gave my order away to another person then offered someone else's order to make up for it...

Seems more than half the time they are out of a particular ingredient or I’m waiting 10minutes at the drive thru window. There is usually maybe 1 car behind. It’s no wonder why they are never busy. Should it take 10-15 mins for a microwaved breakfast sandwich and oatmeal? I’m going to avoid this place for a year (again) and hopefully they will have better management. Seems clear they don’t put a high value on service. There’s a chik-fila down the street that has fresh food in less than 3 minutes every time. Panera’s prices are way too high for this level of service and quality of food.

Recently I've noticed that the papaya ice green tea has been watered down to where there's nearly no taste. Which sucks because I purchase a subscription for the drink privilege and now I'm getting a watered-down beverage.....

Not fond of the coffee system. Many times have to wait for decaf or hot water. Not always as hot as I prefer it.

The food is super bland so I threw out half of it. The guy at the counter had no idea what a grilled cheese macaroni and cheese sandwich is even though it’s been on the menu for a couple of years and he seemed pretty unknowledgeable about a lot of the desserts and he frankly just seemed out of it in general.I mainly come in to see my friend who’s another employee there Because outside of seeing my friend the food is just not that great, maybe the best time to go is for breakfast and they have cinnamon rolls and bagels and other things.Panera is way over priced!

Panera's food is tasty. The portion size is not aligned with the price, though. They actually charge $9.00 for an average sized bowl of soup. Their cup of soup, which is quite small, is nearly $8. Sorry, but it's just soup, and that pricing is unwarranted and outrageous. All of their food items are pricey. That's enough to stop me from going back. I can get similar food, in larger portions at nearby restaurants for less money. I know they have to cover increasing costs, but so do I.
