Didn’t get my baguette with my $14 French
Onion soup. So I just paid $22 for broth a cookie. I called the store and was hung up on. This is not okay.

Sandwiches are good but for $15 I would expect more than a small bowl of canned soup and a tiny half sandwich - it was dollsized.

Absolutely one of the best Panera locations out there! The food is always fresh and delicious, the service is top-notch, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. A huge shoutout to Leticia—she’s an absolute rockstar! She goes above and beyond to make every visit special. Keep up the amazing work!

The driver, Jefferson, did not deliver any of my 6 bakery items, although I was charged for them. It's either he kept the bag with the bakery items or the staff at Panera did not give him my entire order. Regardless, this is frustrating and it is not the first time it happens when I order online from this Panera location.

My coworkers and I placed a lunch order for over $150 worth of food. There was a technical error that caused the order to get put in twice, but we were only charged once and only had documentation of the order going in once. My coworker went to pick it up and the male Manager verbally assaulted her and was very mean. He yelled at her to the point of her almost being in tears. This is unacceptable and that male Manager should be reprimanded. We have filed a report with corporate about this incident. This occurred 1/8/25 at 11am.

Amy who was working on January 2, 2025 at about 3:45 makes this cafe a refuge. On our way out my 3 year old decided to throw a tantrum and while I was trying to manage it and get us out of there, she came to me and told me I was a good mom and encouraged me and gave me empathy. That made all the difference in the world. She is a blessing.
