Love Panera Bread! The ciabatta dipper is fantastic. Great fresh food served by friendly people. Also the Sip club is amazing value.

I stop by this Panera everyday on my way to work to grab some iced tea from the Sip Club. Staff is always friendly. They greet people as they enter and share happy wishes as they leave. I bring my personal cup and say hi to the kitchen team after I fill up. When I have ordered food, it is always delicious. The management and team is fabulous. Thanks for a great start to my work day. On a side note… the bathroom, restaurant and drink area are always super clean and well taken care of.

Try hiring people that care about the products they serve to people. This is the most pathetic put together sandwich I’ve ever seen! Seriously all the avocado was on one corner of the bread, there was more shredded cheese laying on the wrapper then the sandwich, there were 6 tomatoe slices on 1 half of the sandwich and only 1 on the other! Absolutely ridiculous!

I was quite disappointed with my recent experience at Panera. I ordered a baguette, only to find out it was out of stock. Instead of being informed beforehand, I was given potato chips as a substitute without any explanation. Additionally, I had to remind the staff about my cookie and water that I ordered, which added to my frustration. Overall, the lack of communication and attention to detail left me feeling unsatisfied. I hope they improve their service in the future.
Food was good, area was clean and in good standing, wifi was very slow and not a lot of customers maybe 4 at most

I've had a problem with an employee before, but aside from that one employee, I've had a lot of good interactions with the other staff. The managers have been kind and I've had some good conversations. Ill up this to a 5* if things continue to do good
