Never had so many incorrect orders from a Panera…this location always messes up my orders. I just ordered 2 lunch meals, I asked for chips, no chips on either order, I said no onions on one of the sandwiches there’s onions on it. In November I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches one of them didn’t have bacon on it which is literally the main ingredient of the meal. These are just some of the many instances, I’ve ordered bacon Mac they didn’t put bacon on it, I had to go back and get a cup of bacon bits. This food is too expensive to have to deal with so many inaccuracies.

Panera is a joke lol. I only come here when I have good coupons, and THIS IS WHY!!!! Paying anywhere from $7-15 for an sandwich, and look what you get--- I took pictures of this because it crazy...you mostly get bread...which of course serves no dietary value. So basically you're still hungry after paying SO MUCH MONEY.
Oh and the coffee??? So much creamer added, it's light/white colored!!! I wanted regular cream, but this looks to be EXTRA CREAM...come on...they have to be skimpy on purpose...theres not way it's always the employees, especially on a regular basis. Save your money and go somewhere where they care if you actually come back as a valuable customer!!!

Terrible customer service…. Have ordered a breakfast sandwich substituting the choice of bread since this location opened. Very rude female worker…. Placed my order sat behind 3 cars until it was my turn for the rude employee to tell me we can’t substitute the bread! I definitely would not have sat in line for that !

Came in for take out today and had 2 sandwiches. Both were ready to go and fresh and very yummy. We like modifications because we are a bit picky. Everything was perfect and packed with care. The front counter girl Kendra was so nice and Diamond made sure everything was packed nicely and the order was correct. I really like this location.
