NO STARS - NATHAN NEEDS TO BE FIRED. Racially profiled my mother, called the cops on her, and claimed they gave her food THAT WAS NEVER GIVEN TO HER. Don’t work in a service industry if you do not know how to respectfully handle situations or treat people. You should check that footage you claim you had of her getting food and I bet on MARCH 15th you have NOTHING. Check your dates and times. This place needs to do something immediately. I will be sharing this with everyone and anyone.

This Panera bread is brand new, the staff is super friendly the management is amazing. Make sure to join their sip club to get unlimited drinks for $13 a month. I go once or twice a day to get a tea!

I love Panera but this is the third time I get my order wrong at this location. This time I ordered chicken noodle soup and I got broccoli soup. I mean, it's fine, I do like it too but if I wanted broccoli soup I would have ordered broccoli soup not chicken soup.People, make sure you check your drive thru order before you leave. If you call them they do offer to make it right but you have to make another trip. Which is an inconvenience since they should have made the order right the first time.

First... what service? You order from a machine. Second, all the tables are filthy and the place is near empty. Third, as expensive as the food is, I would've expected more than Luke warm broth one small slice of carrot and 2 pieces of chicken in my chicken noodle soup. Also what on earth are you using for the smoothies? The strawberry banana smoothie was disgusting and tasted like chemicals. I couldn't eat most of my meal and the rest of my party had to choke theirs down. Will not come back to this one at least.

None of the tables in the restaurant were clean. Cashier did not speak good English and did not understand our order. Received the wrong sandwiches. They did replace them however. The food was good as it should be for the price you pay at Panera. I'm surprised at the lack of cleanliness and good customer service for a newly opened establishment.

The staff here at Panera bread were very helpful, but the store manager wasn’t. He refused to give us extra bread that we payed for and said that we received it. Overall staff is okay but the store manager had a bad attitude and did not help us or give us our food.

Vegetarian options: The store manager on shift 7:00 pm shift on March 4Th 2024 was very unprofessional handled our order with a very bad attitude.We ordered vegetables soup with extra bread and the manager refused give us extra bread . He lied to us that he gave us extra breads , which he accused us taking the bread .we only received one piece of bread with our soup and when we asked for our extra bread , he called us lier and was making false statements .Absolutely big zero customer service,Very disappointing

This location is truly a joke of an establishment. Panera claims one of its core principles is being kind and helpful to their "guests" and employees but I've only seen the opposite. During my visit I watched the General Manager "Kaycie Smith" make one of her employees cry. The employees screen was full with orders but Kaycie couldn't offer or tell anyone to help her. Instead of showing leadership, Kaycie thought humiliating her in front of everyone and threatening to cut her hours was the appropriate response. I found this very inappropriate because it seemed like the poor girl was the only one trying, while everyone else is standing around pressuring her to "be faster" parroting their toxic management until they make her cry. I've watched Manager "Cory Stafford" instruct employees to give their "guests" less food and more broth in their soups. And to make matters even worse, i'm Muslim and was given pork in my salad that I ate by accident. I don't blame the employees, just the incompetent people in charge at this establishment for prioritizing speed over quality and cultivating an apparent toxic work environment. For that reason, i won't come back until management is replaced.

Wow! When did Panera Bread get so expensive!? It cost over $60 for two side salads, two chocolate croissants, and $5 per drink, are you kidding me? Adding injury to insult, the bathrooms are password protected like they're worried about transients in this neighborhood. I asked for the code and was told the wrong one, so I never did use the bathroom. I love the food here and the servers at the food counter were awesome. Unfortunately, this place has just moved out of the price range I'll pay for a salad.
