I recommend that when you order the Menudo, you warn them not to add so much "maizoro", meaning grain, otherwise they will fill your glass or plate. It will almost be a vegetarian
The tamales are bad because they sell old tamales from a day before. They are always fresh, they put them in plastic bags and they are from previous days.

The torta al pastor was very dry. I did not get the flavor from the meet, over cooked I guess

Customer service is always good and friendly. The menudo is great. Come here every Sunday and it is always good. The pan they have here is also very good too.

This is the best authentic Mexican cuisine in Colorado and I’ve tried a lot. The service is amazing along side an ice cold beer while you wait for your food. I’ll be coming here at least 1 a day, it’s amazing!!!

Terrible service, the people who run the business have no way to treat customers politely, it's a shame that there are people like them running businesses, I hope more people like me stop consuming them.

I grew up in San Diego. I was used to crossing the border to Mexico . So I was used to amazing food in Mexico and San Diego. We moved here and Mexican food in Colorado is mediocre. Dozens of restaurants we’ve tried and all the same , mediocre food and service.
But we discovered Chihua! Both my wife and I are amazed on their food and amazing service. It’s so pleasant coming here. The staff treats you like family.
I wish more restaurants would be like this one . We love it !
We lieve in Centennial and worth the trip
