Some of the best no frills straight up pizza I’ve had in Denver. Exceeded my expectations right away. Solid bake, good cheese, nice sauce, good quality toppings. Can’t stress the no frills part, just a cool old guy making pizzas and meatballs when o came in.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. We came all the way from Chicago, and at first the older gentleman seemed okay. However, after I mentioned that I own a pizza place, his attitude completely changed and the microaggressions started. One comment I will not tolerate was him saying, “Pizza girl, turn around before I smack you.” That was extremely rude, unprofessional, and inappropriate. On top of that, the pizza itself was a 2/10.

The pizza was so undercooked and had soaked through the bottom of the Box before I got it home and chewing the cheese was like chewing bubble gum. I don't think I've had a worse pizza in Denver since I've been here which is a shame cuz I really wanted to like this place - it's so close to my house.

I’ve lived in the neighborhood for a long time without trying Pantaleone’s and what a mistake that was!
The sauce, the crust, and the complimentary cannoli shows you just how much they care about their customers and their food! Great flavor and service. Can’t wait to come back soon!
Went there to try the pizza as it was on kitchen nightmares. Pete was there and said it was no longer a sit down place, it was take out or delivery only. He seemed annoyed that we came in, and made a comment that he was in the middle of prep. After receiving the pizza, he did not give change back, nor was it offered. The pizza itself was burned, crust too thick, and too much sauce to cheese ratio. Won't be returning.

I haven't eaten here but I watched the Gordon Ramsey episode just now in 2025. I'm happy to find that the owners stuck to the changes that Ramsey made. Good on you to embrace what you were taught.

The establishment doesn't serve EGGPLANT PIZZA, NOR EGGPLANT PARM HEROS OR DISHES..I've never heard of any Italian restaurant NOT serving the above. I'm from NYC and won't be visiting this place UNTIL they put any or all of the above on the menu.
