We went to Panzano’s for dinner, and it was amazing. I ordered for Antipasti, the “Fritto Misto”, the “Chestnut Crostini”, and lastly, the “ Burrata with House-Made Focaccia”. For the main course, we indulged on the “Costolette di Bufalo”. Everything was fantastically seasoned and presented, with a very timely rush. Our server was attentive to the flavor profiles we requested, and did an amazing job at giving suggestions and personal recommendations.

Great little downtown joint with a charming, dark, modern vibe. Get the brussel sprouts.

Excellent meal before a show. Server was fantastic. We did not have any cocktails or wine so I can't speak to that. We also had a pre fixe menu. Solid 4.5
Excellent food and service. Abby did a great job. Loved the Brussels appetizer. Torchio pasta wild boar and veal Bolognese was tasty, as was apple cobbler w maple vanilla gelato. Had Chianti Classico w dinner, Graham's 20 yr Tawny w dessert. We kindly had a prosecco to start, complimentary as it was my birthday. Loved it all. We'll be back!
Great food and excellent service by everyone. We will definitely recommend to others visiting Denver.
Panzano continues to deliver a quality experience. The food was excellent, especially the short ribs. The calamari appetizer was also very good. Service was great.

Our experience was amazing. From the service, to the food, to the overall atmosphere. They made my mom's 70th birthday so special.
You’re insanely talented.

We came here to celebrate our anniversary and were excited to try this restaurant. We were seated away from other guests, which initially felt nice and intimate, but it resulted in noticeably long wait times—especially between finishing our appetizers and receiving our entrées.
Unfortunately, the service fell short. Our server spent very little time at our table and interactions felt rushed and impersonal. While nearby tables received friendly conversation and special attention from staff, our anniversary—mentioned when we made the reservation—went completely unacknowledged. There was no warm welcome or recognition of the occasion.
The only reason this wasn’t a one-star experience is because the food itself was good. If you’re looking for quality food and excellent service, there are Italian restaurants just down the street that provide a more well-rounded dining experience.

Ordered the power meal - 3 courses My friend liked his zuppa, but my ceaser salad was a disappointment - the anchovies tasted "weird', and it was difficult to eat in a small, crowded bowl. the main course - a type of ragu- was dry! we had to request our dessert, since waiter apparently forgot it - so we waited - for a chocolate cookie. Service was otherwise decently timely but we were only one of two tables - will not return.
