This is one of my favorite places in Denver. I love the rotating seasonal menus, you get to experience new items and your favorites never get old because you have the excitement of looking forward to the next time they show up on the menu. The chefs on the line are welcoming and despite being busy, always take the time to engage with you. And of course the wait staff are attentive, friendly and balance keeping you well taken care of without overwhelming you. Thanks, I look forward to every visit - next one in a few days.

This has been a steady standby for work lunches and dinners for years. Panzano never disappoints. Great food in a classy atmosphere, and super friendly staff. So appreciative that they've stayed open downtown with consistently excellent food and experiences.

We went early because we were going to a show and there weren't many people in the restaurant. We had fantastic service getting our drinks and an appetizer to us quickly and taking our order and delivering the food very timely. The focaccia bread was delicious along with the olive oil dip. The pumpkin ravioli was delicious as well as the short ribs. The only thing a little bit off was when my husband ordered a double on the rocks, he was charged extra for the rocks. It's ice! It should not be an extra charge. When you ordered Double, it should be two shots over rocks.

Everything was absolutely amazing. I had the wild boar and veal Parmesan bolognese. Absolutely superb. Highly recommend. My husband had the carbonara with rabbit meat and it was heaven. The next time we're in Denver, this will be a place we come back to.

We have been coming to Panzano for over a decade. Chris has been our regular server for many of those years, sadly she has moved on. Brian was our server this evening and he understood the assignment! He gave us a true dining experience! They were not doing a tasting menu the evening we went. We told him what we like and told him to have fun choosing our food and wine pairings! We have a new favorite server in Denver. True hospitality is hard to find in restaurants. It is still alive at Panzano, ask for Brian to be your sever!!
