Panzano is a great Italian restaurant, which we visited a Friday night. The food was absolute amazing and nicely served. We shared a fantastic Fritto misto as starter and then had the fresh fish (halibut) and the Cacciucco e Gnocchis, all that we can recommend. The waiters were very attentive.
What a delightful place, and close to the Denver Downtown Convention Center (three blocks). Our waiter was conscientious, friendly, and attentive (I wish I remembered his name). The food was way above average. The Brussels sprouts - yum!!! And, enough for three. The seared bass with pistachio crumbs on a bed of cauliflowerettes in a creamy mustard and dill sauce was wonderful!!
This is one of my favorite places in Denver. I love the rotating seasonal menus, you get to experience new items and your favorites never get old because you have the excitement of looking forward to the next time they show up on the menu. The chefs on the line are welcoming and despite being busy, always take the time to engage with you. And of course the wait staff are attentive, friendly and balance keeping you well taken care of without overwhelming you. Thanks, I look forward...
