Zombie lot, didn't know what I had gotten myself into ordering here.
Do the owners just not care?
One large specialty pizza on coupon is $25 before tip from this location. And it's Papa John's Pizza which is bad already, I was thinking about ordering but $25 for bad pizza is a terrible strategy!
Yo Pj’s is fire. Auntie outside helped me figure it out. (Shoutout Auntie). Prison Window was fire and would def go again. Community outside was wholesome and very kind. If you need pjs this the place.
This place really sucks the delivery does by Uber Eats and it took more than an hour they're only about a block from my house don't use them also there's a delivery charge this is not the pizza place to use ever again
Really bad service that take too long to make the orders
Wouldn't Reccomend. It'll be late Af, (hour 2) no one will contact you and it'll probably be wrong 🤷🏿♂️ TO thier credit.: manager was kind enough to send a 3rd time. Location listed on instructions. Even if address was off by 2 mins
Edit: Misplaced faith, offered to pick it up🍕 🍕 Never came... its basically 230am original order placed at 1215am
First time ordering from here because the dominos and the pizza hut over here is garbage. I never ate papa johns but thought id try it. I was not let down. Hot n fresh when it arrived on time, and they give you the little pepper on the side 🔥 good deals too. Best spot to order from if you live in 5 points ive tried em all.

Unfortunately I found what appeared to be “beard hair” in my pizza. 🤮 I Completely lost my appetite, and when I called to speak with the manager at the Colfax location to let him know of the issue and request a refund. He Denied me and stated there wasn’t anything he would do about the disgusting, contaminated pizza:
Buyers Beware!

I just had an incredibly rude interaction with one of your associates today. I called on 2/8 around 3:30 PM to check on an order I had placed, as I had previously made changes but never received a confirmation. My call was simply to verify these updates.
However, the representative on the phone immediately started yelling at me, repeatedly saying, “I don’t know, I don’t know. I don’t know when you’re going to see it. I don’t know what you want me to do.” I asked for his name, hangs up the phone. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior from an associate, especially over something as simple as an order update.
When I attempted to call back to speak with a manager, it seemed as though this individual was avoiding me and instructing others not to answer my calls. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. What a poor reflection of your company.
*I high advise management to hear this phone call if possible.

I recently had an experience at the 111 E Colfax Avenue Denver, CO 80218 location that I’d like to share. I found what looked like hair from a guy’s beard in my pizza, which was quite unsettling and unfortunately caused me to lose my appetite. I decided to reach out to the manager to discuss the situation and see if I could get a refund. However, he mentioned that he wouldn’t be able to assist me with this issue. I just wanted to share my experience as a heads up for others. Thanks for your understanding and BUYER BEWARE!
Don’t tip your driver before hand because they will forget stuff no matter what tip or no tip definitely no tip next run

This manger needs to get fired I’m calling ycorporation in the morning? The manager is really disrespectful and not communicating with me when my order was being delivered. I ordered my food at 9:17 and didn’t receive it till 10 PM. This is unfortunate that my kids were upset so as I.

As a representative of a non-profit organization, I prioritize partnering with businesses that value reliability, professionalism, and clear communication. Unfortunately, my recent experiences with Papa John’s Pizza have fallen far short of these expectations.
Over the past three orders, I have encountered consistent service issues:
Late Deliveries: All three orders arrived late, with one exceeding an hour’s delay despite having re-confirmed the details through EZ Cater.
Incomplete Orders: One of the orders was delivered partially, leaving us waiting for the remaining items.
Broken Promises: After these issues, Papa John’s offered a discount to retain our business for the third order. However, when the order was placed, the promised discount was not applied, leading to further frustration.
When we called Papa Johns to reconcile this matter, the response from the employee was unprofessional and dismissive. Rather than addressing the concern constructively, the employee stated, “I’m sure your corporation could afford it,” and hung up the phone. This lack of courtesy and accountability was disappointing, to say the least.
I hope they take steps to improve their processes and customer service in the future. For now, I cannot recommend them to other organizations seeking dependable catering partners.

Very hit or miss. I've order pickup/delivery a few times and its 50/50 if its the normal chain restaurant pizza quality or extremely... bad. Bad means it is cold when you pick up or get delivery, it is extremely greasy, but not in the good way (it is leaking through the cardboard and the taste is very off), and all the ratios of how the pizza was made feel nasty. When paying the price point papa johns is I cannot suggest you buy from here. When its bad it feels like a waste of money
