love it here im just not pretty
The parking lot leaves a lot to be desired as far as ambience. But don't be fooled, these employees are remarkably fast, consistent, and professional. The GM runs a tight ship and I've had great customer service with every visit.

Very nice and friendly, it was my first time trying Papa John's and we will order it again!
The food came out quickly and there's tons of menu options, they also are very reasonably priced!
The neighborhood is a little sketchy, I would advise ordering delivery or waiting in your car for pickup.
Other than that, 5 stars for the service and the food, yum! 😊

They only deliver via DoorDash and they
always forget items you ordered. You never can get the store to answer the phone and there’s no way to get help from DoorDash. Would give 0 stars if I could

Team members here specifically David refused to help when I placed the order for the wrong address. I asked to cancel or even just change it to pickup and was refused help. Managers line doesn't work and just automatically hangs up on you.

I’ve given this store too many chances.
Two hours for a $35 mangled, lukewarm pizza that looked like it had been used as a seat cushion. No apology, no urgency, just indifference baked right in.
Between inconsistent food quality, laughable delivery times, and zero customer service accountability, Papa John’s has turned pizza night into a masterclass in disappointment. Next time, I’ll just burn $35 in the oven, it’ll be faster and smell better.

Im allergic to tomatoes, ordered a pizza with Alfredo sauce, waited over 50 minutes while employees took their smoke break. forgot to check pizza til I got home and would you believe it wasn't what I ordered. It had pizza sauce. I called customer service and made a formal complaint and was informed someone from the store would call me within 48 hours to talk about compensation. It's been over 2 weeks and no one has called me. No sorry, no compensation. Poor customer service. I guess they dont want business fortunatly, there are Plenty of other pizza places in the area that do.

Did a phone order And the guy talk so softly and lazy that I couldn’t understand anything. He had an accent but that wasn’t the issue. He truly wasn’t pronouncing or trying to be heard. Very frustrating
