Nothing wrong with the food. Delivery drivers don’t follow delivery instructions, we’re not allowed to leave things at concierge and they can’t be bothered to bring it up. This has happened more than once. I called to complain and the manager was unprofessional and short with me, even though I was just calling to adjust the tip on the order.

Stuff crust pizza with jalapeños was pretty good. Buffalo wings could use more sauce. Garlic knots were okay... Overall price, spent $90. location was very uncomfortable, doors are kept locked, i assume to keep the homeless out, but picking up your order at 7pm is a bit sketchy.. Definitely wait in your vehicle, doors locked, until your order is done if you order from this location.

Great phone in service from Peter- he was super patient and thorough explaining the deals and waiting for us to decide. Other companies didnt even answer but you can count on this location and on Peter to pick up and be attentive.

Very hard to hear when they are talking to you then they spelled my name wrong and once I revived the pizza everything did not look cooked the way it should be look under cooked toppings fell off and even the chess I would stay away from this pizza
Order was never delivered and the store has no one answering and phone line whether the manager line or the status of order line. This was my first and last time I will be ordering from papa John’s.

So I love Papa John's it's absolutely wonderful but the last time I was here this place was being run by crackheads and it was nasty they did not look clean or like anybody I would want to serve me food. They need to check their staff change their staff Make sure the people that work there are clean and friendly and maybe the service will improve from three stars to five again.
